I placed an order a month and a half ago and I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails and they just send me back the tracking number. They use a third party delivery company and it seems they are not working. I would like to have someone acknowledging that I would like to know when I will get my package. I am about to call and cancel the order with my credit card.
I buy clothes here all the time and every purchase I've made works wonders. I am always skeptical but the packaging my dresses arrived in is always so beautiful and in good condition. I love this online store, I am also starting to buy more clothes!
Your products once they arrive at your home are nothing like you have advertised. They are not the quality that you picture on your website and the sizes are completely miscalculated on a US size scale. Returns are impossible as you must return to your warehouse in China. I am so disappointed and am taking my $125.00 purchase as a learning experience about doing any purchasing on line as a lesson learned. I ordered June3 and did not receive one item until July 6th. I ordered a very nice dress for my new job. In all the COVID chaos money is tight but I wanted to look nice. I found a very nice dress on Annie's cloth. I thought finally a company that sells to all sizes and is of good quality. I received a bag with print to match picture. It was made out of the same material that costumes for Halloween are made out of. However, on the image it had embroidery and was a denim-like fabric. See the image below. On the next image a dress similar in the fabric that this dress was said to be and the actual dress I received. I also ordered pants, and shoes and another top, all too small and poorly made. This is a scam it took a month to receive and now come to find out I will be paying to ship it back. When I tried to leave a review on the actual site it would not allow it. GO FIGURE... Beware of the pretty images on this site. It is all a lie..
Return was a hassle and a great loss to me financially. Delivery took about 5 weeks and the colors were not like the photos on their site. I will never order from them again. There are too many other wonderful clothing companies out there that make returns easy. This is not one of them.
I recommend buying from this boutique. The site is extremely easy to navigate and there are always great sales. Items sold are reasonably priced. There have been no problems with shipping and delivery.
The clothes advertised on this page look great - but when they arrive, they are garbage. The things I've ordered were cotton or linen. Those described as "cotton," turned out to be polyester! The "linen" shirts were a poly/cotton mix, and looked NOTHING like their pictures! Garments that were supposed to flow, were as tight as sheaths. The designs of the garments were slightly off - I think they use photos from quality companies and then try to make copies in cheaper materials. But whatever their problem is, they are not fun to deal with, and I'll never deal with them again. HOWEVER - be advised: I think they operate with more than one name, as I have seen the exact same products advertised under other names. Stick to American products - even if they are sewed together in another country, they will pass a USA quality test!
Site found easy to use and has a good range of clothing! I wish the free shipping threshold was less than $ 85 but not too bad. I like that they have in stock many accessories such as earrings or bracelets!
This page offers a very nice style of clothing and accessories. I was happy with 100% of my purchases, especially the blouses. Just be aware that clothing that is only 1 size is made for little women and may not fit for those on the higher side.

I placed and order on June 16,2020 - a fairly large order. As of this date - July 23,2020, I have received 1 item & was very disappointed in the product. The pic shows it to be a stone washed item - IT IS NOT. There is a pic of a dragonfly on the front - it doesn't look anything like the ad.
I'm STILL waiting on the remainder of my order which consists of 9 items.:(

The clothes were so ugly, there were not wearable. They are garbage. Too cheap to even to use for rags. Took months and months for delivery. Waste of money. This is how China products get a bad name. Communication is canned messages.
After charging a crazy fee for ordeei g to ship they charge a crazy fee to return. Took 1 month to get want to return and was told I could get 15% of my money back as it was so expensive to send back. Poor customer service. Do not order from this company. The send whatever
This site is a scam, buyer beware
This site is a scam! They sell very cheap knock offs of the clothing they advertise. The cotton t shirt I ordered was not cotton but some shiny cheap polyester blend, and was not even the same style as advertised. The print on the fabric very crude. The Boho Manches tunic also shiny cheap polyester with printed weave of cotton, not the actual cotton fabric shown on the website, extremely garish. Not sized properly for US sizes. The other items were the same very poor quality and not as advertised. This is a site out of China and they send clothing that is not fit for the clearance misfit rack, and they expect the customer to pay for international shipping to return it! Buyer beware! It is just a con.
They were very slow to respond and generally the response was canned. Shipping was very slow. It took 7 days to fill the 10 item order, 10 days for it to get to a port in San Francisco, then another 50 days for me to receive 8 of the items with the last 2 arriving 15 days later. Total time of 75 days to receive completed order from order date.
I bought over 20 items from this boutique. Products are good in quality, reasonable price, fast delivery, customer service is quick in responses by mail. Highly recommended.

The accessories are amazing and that's why I usually go back, but the clothes are great too! It feels great on my favorite favorite pages :)
