I love it for its clearance sales and the quality of its products. Sometimes my purchases take a long time but I know that they come from another country. Never disappointed with the quality of bags, shoes, clothing and jewelry. The designs it offers are varied and good value for money.

Anniecloth is part of a multi-pronged web store SCAM. They have dozens of different names but use the same sources. The images all feature headless models and if you do a reverse image search, you will see dozens of companies (all the same layout) with homey boutique names (Anniecloth, Noracora, JustFashion etc.) The clothes are all poorly and cheaply made. They do not look ANYTHING like the images. They have no manufacturer labels or fabric instructions. What is really sad is the the factories must be dreadful places with people making slave wages. The clothes smell of solvents and despair. The fabrics are unidentified synthetics with the most rudimentary construction. I tried to cancel the order within a day of reading the horrendous reviews but they said it had shipped. The tracking indicated that it hadn't I tried to get Paypal to reverse the charge but they said the items were on the way. 40 days later the bag of garbage arrived. They are evil sweat shop scammers. RUN AWAY. Google them for real
I have used the site for over a year. I find it reliable and easy to deal with. Clothing always matches description, inquiries are answered in a timely manner, refunds are processed quickly. It may take a while for your order to arrive (as you have to wait until the end of the sale), however it is well worth it.
Really excellent service and I have not found any defect in any of the products, since they are of great quality and excellent prices. Pretty easy to find the clothing designs I want, happy with the range they offer. The quality was excellent for the price. I still haven't found any bug.
It has been several months after I ordered over $100 in product. To date, nothing has been recieved. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago, with no response. Please save your money and don't order from this company.
I have order over a 30 days ago and i have not got my items 3 of them the matter of fact and no items have gotten to me i have wrote them they want to take your money and you get nothing,, it was to be 7 working days and here it is allmost aug and i still do not have my items i order i am very upset about this,, and they do not want to help out on when i will get my order or any thing
The only criticism is that it takes a little time from order to receipt, about two weeks, but I would deal with them again!

My credit card was charged, I received a generic email and 2+ weeks later the "tracking" info they provided still comes up with nothing. After reading other reviews I knew this was an immediate red flag. Already disputed with my credit card. This is a scam. STAY AWAY!

Shoes I ordered as a birthday gift for someone finally arrived, 73 days later... though the company's stated delivery time is 11 - 36 days. The tracking provided did not update for over 2 months, & when it at last updated it showed the order had not even left China yet. Meanwhile, I'd requested a refund since delivery was so outside the company's stated timeframe, but customer service was awful. Slow to respond, & when they did they kept telling me I would need to return the order I hadn't received in order to request a refund... or kept asking me again what the issue was when responding to an email about the exact problem at hand! The shoes when they finally arrived were ok, though not worth the wait, the price, or the hassle. In viewing Annie's Cloth clothing online I'd liked what I'd seen, but due to the overall negative experience they've lost a good customer for life from the way this was handled. They should honestly say orders will be received in 2-3 MONTHS, not 11-36 days... and my overall experience with this company & their unhelpful customer service reps was terrible.
I ordered two dresses for my wife, besides the fact that there was no customer service. The delivery was almost two months and nobody gives any tracking information on the shipment. When the order was received, the dresses were not what we expected, terrible quality. My wife and myself never will order anything from this brand again.

SUPER ill-fitting clothes. Cheap quality, shapeless fit--nothing at all like the pics. And I'm a size 6-8. Too expensive to return--straight to donation-ville. So far off from web description--smells like a scam. Never again.
Shipping isn't the fastest, but knowing how good the quality of all their products is, it's worth the wait, I buy absolutely everything from this website, from accessories to clothing. I trust this website a lot and it is definitely my visit that really means something while shopping online A LOT. I recommend this store :)
