The company does not deserve any stars! But I have to give one star to process the review. I finally received my clothes! They were of very poor quality. Anniecloth discourage me from returning the clothes and offered a discount if I bought more clothes. It's not worth returning them!... out of the country! I'm done! The clothes don't look nothing like the pictures! Poor poor quality fabrics and poorly made. I've learned from this experience for sure... I spend almost $200 and the clothes are going to Goodwill.

Save your money, shop locally.
Items ordered take a long time to reach you. This customer experienced a 2 month wait and still hasn't received everything I ordered.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the items I ordered. The description indicated that it was a cotton blend. It was more like a polyester blend and the fabric was so thin I'm afraid to wear it, it's junk.
Returning my order is impossible. 15 days is too short a time frame, it's expensive to return items back to China.
My advice support your local businesses.

I bought 6 items from them. Delivery took about 3 weeks. Clothes were not high quality but also inexpensive so I guess that's to be expected. I wanted to keep 2 items and return 4 others. I sent an email to customer service for return authorization as instructed on packing list. This was their reply.
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receive and inspect the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth. "
A 15% refund or I have to pay to ship items back to China and also customs fees? What a scam. Do not order from them. Worst return policy I have ever encountered.

I ordered 4 items in May and received them in July. Ok they are from China. They didn't look a lot like the picture. Ok, different interpretation. They were too tight in the bust size on all 4 items. I asked for a return. They auto replied they would get back to me in 48 hours. In a week they still had not responded. So I sent another reply. They were miffed that I would call them on the time but as they were very strict with their time (you must reply to every email within a week or it voids the return and you only have 15 days from time of delivery to send out the return) I felt I needed to get the ball rolling. Today after 3 emails back and forth, I received this email " Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.

Any positive reviews of this company are probably fake. They are TERRIBLE. NOTHING in my order - nothing - (and I ordered about 12 items) was like what was in the picture. It was like knockoff clothing, terribly made, super cheap. I wish I never ordered from these guys. Their return policy is trash, you have to email them at least three times before they'll actually give you the address to return to, which is in CHINA, NOT THE UK. Then, YOU have to pay for shipping back including customs fees. I can't believe they're still in business and I hope they get shut down. Oh and. It took my items over a month to arrive.

I bought 6 items from AnnieCloth, it took 2 solid months to receive items. Tracking information was sketchy and unhelpful. Once the package was received the items were ill fitting, not matching size description, material was cheap, styles did not look as pictured. Total waste of money. When I tried to initiate return of 5 of the items, i then learned shipping return to China. Estimated shipping fee, $73. Marketing online looks attractive, items anything but. Poor quality. DO NOT FALL for purchasing from Annie Cloth, save your money. WORST experience ever.
