The clothes came about 2 -3 months after order. The sizes are grossly undersized, the return policy states you must return items in "original" packaging. Original package was plastic bag which was ripped open. This company needs to be barred from selling in the USA. Products are poorest quality and you can not meet their return policy demands. I do not have a photo of the items but i have my order number which was JWAOp*******. BUYER BE VERY AWARE OF THiS CHINEESE $#*!ERY
After three months I still have not received all of the items. The company says they will only give me a partial refund but only after I receive everything. After three months I don't t expect to receive the rest and not one item was as shown in the site's pictures. Please don't believe the pictures or reviews on the site, they are false. I cannot get these people to answer or give me my money back!
I ordered three different orders roughly at the same time because the reviews on the site were good, it took 2 months to get one order, the other two haven't arrived yet, and the quality is so bad I couldn't believe my eyes! Bad material, poor sewing, look like it was sewn by a five year old! I've emailed twice asking how to return the items with no response, and there is no phone number at all! I bought a dress here 2 weeks ago and it arrived today! The dress is in perfect condition and is so cute! I am wearing it for my formal reunion party of my company, I am going to rock the night with this dress. Buying the dress was easy too, and while I hate buying online, I don't regret this purchase!
I bought a dress online for a friend and after sending it I realized that I did not express that it is a gift for a birthday. It had support and a girl quickly connected with me. She included a personal note wishing my friend a happy birthday. You couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent customer service and not to mention the price, quality, and shipping of all products.

Ordered 10-15 items, size small, ~$250.00. All of them are WAY too big. CS rep offered that I KEEP the clothes, and they would refund 15%. Eventually, the rep wrote in her latest response that in order to avoid the "hassle of returning" she would credit me 25%. A con site. Don't do it. I've included the text from the actual email... wtf?

The company's return policy on the website doesn't state that your return center is located in China, and refunds are cost prohibitive. It should. And it should also state that it is only offering instead a 15% refund.
Furthermore, I am extremely unhappy with the quality of one of the dresses, as it literally fell apart half way through the day wearing it once. I can't believe that they would not honor a refund on it because it had been washed and worn ONCE.

I ordered a dress online WEEKS ago, and they have graciously taken the money out of my account immediately, but yet no dress! Plus I have sent several emails asking where it is and no one will respond back. I'm just reading that the dresses are based in CHINA! So we all know how long that will take to get here. I guess it should come in a few years. Again, don't order unless you like to waste your money.
Sweater purchased online and arrived in two weeks! The size was adjusted correctly and the sweater itself was beautiful and of good quality, I received many compliments.

I bought some dresses online here, beautiful. If the return process is needed it is very easy and fast to obtain a store credit. I also had a faulty item that I wanted to send back, I sent them some photos and they were happy to fix it or give me a refund. Excellent client service!

You were right! Wrong item received, and very poor quality! I expect some robot response saying how wonderful this site is, lol BELIEVE THE ONE RATINGS! Don't be a doubter like I was, no matter how great the ads look or that you think it won't happen to you! BE SAFE, BUY AMERICAN and STAY LOCAL!
The clothing is very cheaply made and more importantly what they do not put on their return policy that the returns go back to CHINA! So if you follow the 15 day return policy and pay for the shipping back to return BE READY for a customs charge too. I would never buy anything again from this company. Their clothes look so cute BUT not worth purchasing due to the quality and definitely due to the return policy.

I wish I had done more research before ordering, VERY cheap stuff. Has a very strong chemical odor and I have washed my tops 3 times already. Shoes are equally as cheap in quality. WILL NEVER PURCHASE from Annie Cloth again... BUYER BEWARE!
Fabric was cheap and I ordered 2 sizes larger than I usually wear. All items were many sizes too small. Their return policies are horrible! Would never order from this Co. Again. BEWARE
