Excellent service, friendly, courteous and helpful operators, fast delivery and updates on delivery progress. Clothes always fit well and are a good size. Being a bigger size, I always have confidence when buying here.
All the clothes I have bought here are of good quality and if something doesn't fit, we always have a chance to return it for a refund or other item. I like being able to read the catalog and see the various clothing items and how different items can be mixed and matched to suit every occasion. The staff is always courteous and shows a positive and easy way, making it always a pleasant experience.

Ordered item June 9. Confirmed and funds withdraw same day. Two weeks with no comm. Contacted seller. Three days later recd email blaming supplier. Week later contacted again this time they blamed covid19. Gave me a USPS tracking number. Number did not exist in USPS system. Contacted again and got another tracking number, this time in Chinese. Three more week pass and can finally get an English translation. Shows not shipped with USPS but with Pitney Bowes. Tracking showed the item was in a warehouse 114 miles from my house. When I emailed the seller, again, I was told to be patient. My item sat in that warehouse for a 10 days. Then after 8 weeks it mysteriously appeared in my mailbox, delivered by USPS. The item was faintly as described and was much larger that the size I ordered even thought marked correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The delivery services are excellent and there is the ultimate pleasure of buying the clothes in comfort, fun and acclaim.

I have found my size in most of the designs and I know what size to buy in each one, since sometimes they have a little variable size. I consider the quality to be excellent and the price fair. This company is in japan or china and it has takin over a month to even get tracking and they have no customer service! Wouldn't buy agian from them.

I love this boutique. It is the only online clothing store where I have been successful in wearing the clothes I receive. The clothes are of excellent quality. Returns are very easy. At first I did not like the store's credit policy, but now I do not care, as I know I will order again. Postage is very fast also with excellent customer service always.
First it took 7 weeks to get my order then the quality and fit was horrible so i went to return 3 of 5 items. They told me they will process my request and to wait for further instructions which never came so after 2 weeks i sent a follow up email and they said they sent me a response and I didn't reply which was an absolute lie and that my case was closed and I would not be getting any money back. This is the most unethical company and shoddy product I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money on this company
This was the first time I bought a dress online on the internet and I am very happy with the product. It looks great in person, even better than in photos. I am going to buy from this boutique again and soon.
Ordered a dress June 10th - today is July 31st. Order is still noted as 'processing' and I can't get customer service to email me, call me, send a smoke signal or a carrier pigeon to tell me if I'm ever getting the dress.
These 4 and 5 star reviews are just not credible, imo. I ordered in May, about 12 items. So far, I've received one. It was crappy quality and didn't fit. I know from the legit reviews here not to even bother donating it. I really, really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. When something looks too good to be true, it is. I was naive because the ad was on the National Geographic site and I thought they would avoid scam companies. I was obviously wrong. DO NOT buy from these people. If you ever get your clothing, it will be crappy and not fit.
