I am satisfied! My order arrived today! I got good quality shirts at an affordable price on this website. I loved shopping on this website. Many discounted products and delivery is around 3-4 weeks in the middle of a pandemic, which seems like the right time.

The items look cute on their site. I waited about 6 weeks to receive my order. Everything was too small and, altho some were "cute", the material was cheap and patterns looked like they were stamped on. And returning the order requires shipment to China which entails not only postage but customs. Never again.

After taking over three weeks to arrive, the five shirts came in. Three of them were like the paper scrubs you get in a hospital. The fourth was such incredibly cheap polyester but I couldn't bear for it to touch my skin. The fifth shirt was actually kind of cute even though, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE SHIRT I HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED. The care tag says Cotton Blend so no clue yet how it will launder. The rest went directly into the donate pile. DON'T waste your money. You get what you pay for, which at anniecloth is CHEAP CRAP.
$158 gone! Order not full! I feel attacked by Annie Cloth I am ashamed for the Business. Scam poor heartbroken person like me. I am ashamed to to tell anyone!. I am speechless! The poor quality clothes and wrong size items I got.! I am in shock! My pressure is so high I cannot work not even one of the items was the right fit or quality. How do I get Justice and my money back.
I ordered items in February for a trip in June. Received a few of the items in July and then another batch in August. ALL the clothes I ordered, shirts and shorts were very poor quality. The shorts had a huge pouch in the front and ALL of the items were way, way, way to big. The mediums where more equivalent to an XXL. Emailed the customer service to return and took 2 weeks to even get an answer. They tell me they can't find all the items I ordered and said I have to pay for shipping and international fees. They offered to give me 15% cash back instead of returning. I'm sorry, I don't want a refund of $37.50 on a $250 purchase. DO NOT BUY! Bad sizing, delivery may or may not happen, and products are defective!

Annie Cloth was slow (72 hours instead of their published 48 hour response time) to answer my email when I wanted to return 4 of my 5 items (fabric felt like thick cellophane [non breathable and stiff] and items too small). They did offer me 15% cash back if I choose not to return items, since they stated the return process was very lengthy. The location for returns is Guangzhou, China; self paid return postage was a minimum of US $63. They really should establish a return center in the states. I choose to donate the items to Goodwill.
