I ordered over $100 in merchandise, but it was many weeks--at least five or six--before I received it. Unfortunately, all the clothing was just a bit too small for me. But before I could determine how to return the merchandise, my dear brother suddenly died. He was the youngest of my four brothers, and had been in a nursing home 3 hours away for 13 years. I am the only one in the family who has watched over him closely, but with his death I had a lot of extra responsibilities, including long-distance traveling, so the deadline for returning the merchandise passed. I live by the motto, "People are more important than things." Obviously, Annie Cloth doesn't live by that principle, because for them, there is no bending, no heart, as they have coldly referred to their 15-day return policy without any thought at all to their customer's particular circumstance. So I will never again BE their customer! I will also be reporting their heartless tactics to the Better Business Bureau here in the U.S.
Do not buy anything Im out 50$ for material thrown together to look like cloths. Its horrific the dress below is supposed to be above the knee!
I ordered two dresses. The first described the fabric as cotton/polyester, but was complete synthetic (and not a good synthetic at that); the other was indeed cotton, but so lightweight it was so wrinkled it wouldn't press out. And when I investigated returning, it had to be returned to China, at a cost exceeding my original order. This seems a scam. Never again will I order.
Took almost 3 month to get my clothes and almost all are sized wrong! It's like they had the right item but maybe ran out of my size and just gave me whatever. There is one pair of pants that was really really small and wouldn't even go over my thigh! It's like a kids pant! Quality is horrible also. Never again Annie Cloth! Never again!
I bought a dress from them and it's to small wrote them twice and they said they would write back in 24 hour so I can return and never heard from them... soooooo if you want to return don't order hear...

Ordered 1 T-Shirt May 10,2020, no response til I questioned. Told shipped June 6. Questioned June 8 - told est. Del. 7-30 business days. E-mail to on June 17 tried to cancel - reply -Can't, already shipped. June 19 - received USPS tracking number check tracking and info reads received by shipping partner May 28 and then it disappears! No satisfactory answer fro ANNIECLOTH todate and NOt-shirt either!
The written return policy does NOT state returns must be mailed to a Chinese factory, which means it is expensive, requires customs paperwork and cannot be tracked. I emailed the customer service. They did respond and said they were sorry for that oversight. But they obviously have no intention of providing a better way to return items. Bottom line I am out $60.00

They have a good price, I really like the shipping. Convenient and competitive prices with other online stores. Basically, I only buy items with rave reviews.
3 months to get a dress. We'll let me tell you. It was a skirt that was just a big old peice of cloth with a little bit of elastic in the top. The elastic was so dry that it's no longer elastic. The shirt fits my 6 year old neice. It's a 5x. You can see right through it. THIS IS A SCAM SITE! The only value after 100.00 is the plastic bags they shipped it in. DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE CENT WITH THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES.
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything. Poorly made. Took 2 months to get here. Awful! Do not waste your money or time. I will never buy online clothes from China ever again. The pictures looked so good. High quality in their website pictures. The clothes are not even close to what is being advertised. I usually have good luck online clothes shopping but I have been scammed. You can see in the pictures. The beige jumpsuit doesn't even have buttons!

It's a great website that has a vast collection of clothing with everything you can think of at great prices. Standard items like shirts or blouses are great. It is extremely safe to buy.
