This site does not even deserve one star. I ordered $200 worth of merchandise well over two months ago and the only thing I received were the $2 earrings as a bonus gift. I tried contacting them several times and got the same canned email response that didn't tell me anything. I have contacted the credit card company I used and they are working at deleting the charge. I have learned a valuable lesson. NEVER order from a site that you don't recognize as reputable. Whoever posted the raving reviews on this site were clearly written from Annie Cloth employees. They also use pictures of clothing from other sites to show you what you will receive. I should have known from the prices that it was too good to be true. I was scammed. Won't happen to me again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Today is August 19th. I placed an order on July 7th. The money was immediately deducted from my PayPal account but other than a confirmation of the initial order, I have not heard anything from the company. I've sent several emails asking for a status of my order, but no response. What sort of a company is this? I can understand if there is a delay, especially in our current pandemic crisis, but please let me know. It just takes a minute or two to send an email response. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.

I was so hesitant to try them and decided to give it a shot. I placed an order and reviewed where the company was located. Company claims United Kingdom which is untrue. My credit card was charged within five minutes. After further research that evening, I immediately canceled my order via email To Annie cloth. I followed up everyday and told "you wait longer" no cancel. I then notified my credit card company.

Today, over 7 weeks later, I get a dirty plastic bag with a hole. Inside or the items I ordered and I have never seen such poor quality everything is polyester.

I spent over $100, my fault. I liked the pictures of clothing items, but when I received the items I was so disappointed. They were not true to size. The fabric was of poor quality. One item didn't even resemble the pictures. I will never purchase clothing from them or any online store like them. I didn't even try to return them, in fact, I just threw them in the trash. I don't know about any other item. I ordered them back in June and didn't receive them until August. Never again. Money lost, lesson learned.

Absolutely the worst quality clothing I have ever ordered. The shape isn't correct, body parts will hang out. THE WORST SMELL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH ANY PACKAGE.
FABRICS ARE ALL BLENDS, do not believe their website. There are not reviews on their site because the site won't allow you to access the fields.

Worst purchase.

To return, it Hass to be shipped to China and you are responsible for shipping fees as well as custom fees. And we were returning if they offer you some kind of 15% cash back, I have no idea how they plan on giving you cash from China.

The clothing was in US dollars but I purchased in Australia and it didn't state us dollars. Products ended up being very expensive but terrible quality both fabric and workmanship. Sizing was all different and when I followed their return policy I got nowhere. I spent a further $38 returning the products but no refund. The mucked aroubd sending emails back and forth promising this and that but nearly 8 months later no refund. Dont purchase! Use a better site. This is both a sham and scam!
