I ordered two dresses and it to about a month to receive them. They charged 20.00 for shipping which is extremely high but I thought the prices of the dresses were so reasonable, I paid the high price. When I received the dresses they were of such low quality, I actually laughed... I contacted the company and they told me yes I could return the dresses but shipping will cost a lot because they are being shipped to China and it might not be worth it. I will just throw them away because they are truly horrendous!
They shouldn't even get one star. I placed an order for four dresses and a few other little items back in May. I received three of the dresses and the little items all at different times THREE MONTHS LATER. I still have not received the fourth dress and when I go online to check the status of the dress it still says "Processing." At this point when I get the dress (if I ever get the dress) it will be too cold to wear it. I have emailed the company two times and have not heard back. There is no way to call them either! This company is a COMPLETE SCAM! Save yourself the time and hassle and don't ever order from them!
Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase from this online boutique. Shipping was fast and the dress looked exactly like the picture. I will also order a dress for my daughter as we will be attending the same event; I can't wait to wear my dress!
