The items I received were incredibly ugly cheap knockoffs, some looking nothing like the pictures. When I asked about returning them, I learned I would have to pay a lot to return them to China, pay customs fees, and possibly have the package rejected. So they offered me a 15% discount instead to avoid going through that expense and headache. This company is a total scam - DO NOT believe the positive reviews. I will report them to my state's attorney general to investigate. BBB knows it's a scam as well. If I could give them a negative 10 rating I would.

I ordered clothes from this company. They are NOT True to Size. Then to send them back, you need to contact the company. The company then gives you a huge warning about the cost and custom prices to send the items back. They will offer you a 15 or 20% discount to keep the clothes. So, what do you do with a $100.00 purchase of clothes that don't fit and would cost you about $30.00 to return? This company is totally unfair! Pretty clothes in the pictures, but the fabric sucks, and the sizes are not accurate! Just a Fair Warning! I will not buy from them again. Also be careful because the company sell under different names! My Advise BUY AMERICAN and BUY LOCAL!

Consider yourself warned not to do business with this AWFUL company. Poor quality, ill-fitting clothes combined with a terrible return policy make Annie Cloth a memorably bad company to deal with.
First, they refused to honor their own website promotions of 20% off and buy 5 get a 6th free. That foreshadowed the problems that followed. There was a long delay in getting items and one of six was missing. I received no notice that it was being shipped separately. It took 18 days for the first five items to arrive, and the last arrived a few more days after that. Terrible fit. Not anywhere near a typical size medium - several were way too small. One shirt had ink smears from poor printing. Another looked so different from the picture that I thought they had shipped the wrong item. One sleeveless shirt had armholes so deep that it was impossible to conceal my bra. No wonder the model had such a strange twisted pose in the online picture with her arms to the side to hide the design flaw. The material on some items wasn't cotton either, but a hot synthetic material. My mistake for not checking that more carefully. Although the items shipped from a warehouse with a San Francisco address, I was advised to return all products to Guangzhou, China at my expense. UPS and the Post Office quoted me postage fees that were more than 2/3 the cost of the clothes. AnnieCloth finally offered me a 25% refund on my full order without returning the clothes, but the final blow is that they only refunded 17%! Where did my other 8% go?
My advice: Look at the cute pictures and just "window shop" on the AnnieCloth website. Don't do business with this company. You have small odds of being satisfied with any part of the process.

I ordered a size 6 pair of sandals. I received a size 7 (European size 37). The company responded to me with the suggestion that I keep the sandals since my cost to return them would be significant. Remember - Annie Cloth sent me a larger size than I ordered. I am giving the sandals to a friend who wears size 8. This was an expensive lesson for me. Do yourself a favor and find another site to order from (or go make a donation to your favorite charity with the money you planned to spend at Annie Cloth). The rep offered me a 15% refund. I asked Annie Cloth to resend the correct size. The company did NOT respond.

I ordered 6 tops, 3 pairs of earrings And one romper. Don't think you will get flowy light cotton tops even though mist say they are cotton They are a polyester blend that feels weird. The ombré top was not ombré but a weird color I would never have chosen. The romper too small. Most tops fit but not comfortably. Only one top was truly cotton with a strange seam down the back and actY'all got too big and very bad stitching of seams. Said but 5 get one free but u didn't. Dies that mean 5 of one top of combined? The order did arrive within a month but most will end up in the goodwill bag. The butterfly top is super busy front and back poorly fitting and cheap. I won't be buying anymore from the internet without reading reviews first. I should know better, live and learn or even Better read these reviews first And order from a reliable source like the GreaterGood. Always quality fast service from them and you help the cause of your choice.

Bought three teeshirts from Annie Cloth. Two of the shirts were fine. One shirt had all raw edges... nothing was hemmed. I tried to find a number to call, but everything had to be done online. I found out that you need permission... yes permission. To return something. After the permission is given, YOU need to pay the return shipping to China! They said it may take WEEKS to resolve anything. They offered me a 15% refund... really? Will I ever buy from them again? NEVER!
