I ordered several items from AnnieCloth earlier this year (2020). It took 4 months to arrive. The sizes were way off, and the construction was horrible. I contacted them for an RMA for return and discovered they are located in China. Since the return postage cost was nearly as much as the sale they offered my $15.00 to simply keep the items. I declined and went forward with the return. The postage was 1/2 the sale cost. I was finally notified that they had received my return. Now 5 months later I still have no refund. It's a sham!

I requested a cancellation and a partial refund of the unbelieveably high shipping cost. My order total was $18.74. Shipping cost was $21.49. They told me they do not refund shipping costs for items not shipped. Their constant response is "Sorry for the inconvenience." Annie Cloth is a dishonest company, geared toward chesting its customers.
