Order#HBOB******* I ordered cute fancy socks, gloves and hats for my granddaughter for Christmas. Order was placed the middle of November. Everything was in stock. I got nothing by Christmas. They said I would get it all but in more than one package. The first week of February I got a email saying another item had been finally shipped but 3 items are out of stock and I won't get them. My granddaughter just cried. They were in stock when ordered, but now 2 1/2 months later out of stock. Such crap. Their stuff is cute, but not worth the horrible customer service.
I purchased a coat from this company. Loved the design. Quality was ok. However they sent the wrong size. In order to return something you must get a code from Annie Cloth. Needless to say they never responded to requests for said code and I was unable to return the coat. Very disappointing.and a loss of money.

It took forever for me to get my order: I didn't know that they were shipping from China. The items came separately, and seems that few items shipped from within U. S One item that I really wanted, I never got, and this was before Corona Virus. The material the clothes are made with are really cheap felt like material, not like the knit I imagined from the pictures. I wanted to return all of them, but you need to pay for oversea shipping, so I ended up keeping them, but I wouldn't wear them except as pajamas. I sat on this for almost a year, and finally decided to find a way to put a review to warn others. I wish I had been wise enough and checked legitimacy of the company before ordering. I just typed in Is Annie Cloth a legitimate company? And saw this result on wisdomganga.com: "On the internet many scammers are operating via different sites, therefore, to save your money from them is your responsibility. Anniecloth Review is not only about the site but its nature also. Anniecloth is a scam site and we do not recommend it. Do not use and never share your information with them. 2019. 5. 18.
