I enjoyed the shopping. I loved many of the coats and other items.
Like that the products are made in America. Purchasing was easy, but a little slow.
Ordered near beginning of December for Christmas pres. No update on 2 items ordered. Finally got update on one item arriving end of December. It did. No update on 2nd item and it finally arrived today 1/8/23.
I do like the selection. Only thing that was bad was there was not confirmation as to when I would receive my product and there were no tracking options.
Won't recommend the material is not good can't iron or steam looks like some sleep in it

I ordered several items for Christmas presents with plenty of time to have them shipped to my home. Most arrived on time, but 3 gifts did not arrive on time. So 3 people did not get their gifts as of yet. Had i known that they shipped from china, with a California return address, i would not have purchased these items. From what i can tell, all of the items are quality products, and they were very well received. I have to deliver 3 gifts now that are late, which is not acceptable in my honest opinion. Other than delivery, everything was as expected. Good quality products

While online ordering process was ok, size XL was much larger than your stated 12 & XXL was much larger than your stated 14. Also you did not provide any shipping options.

Shipping times are way too long. I ordered 6 items. 5 arrived at the same time. I item shipped 4 weeks after original order. 3 items are satisfactory and the rest junk.
Some items were available and then suddenly were not during shopping.
It was a bit chaotic at first but eventually all worked out
