Shipping charge is too much; it almost doubled the cost of the item, but I have been wanting one since I first saw them.

I've been waiting for a return slip so I can send the bras back to you for 2 weeks what's up

Item took longer than I was expecting. Love the jacket. Haven't a need to contact customer service.

First, shipping cost is outrageous and though there's always a code customers are supposed to use to alleviate the prices, they never work. Also, I ordered 2 shirts, both extra large and you would think an XL is exactly that but one fit while the other was so tight, I couldn't get it over my head. And because shipping costs are ridiculous, returning it for a refund is a waste of time and money. I love the shop but can't afford it anymore.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes because it said at the the botton of each picture buy 5 get the sixth for free. It said it would be taken off at check out for the free pair and it didn't. I did an on line chat that a represenative come onto the chat and then left without answering my question as to why they didn't take the sixth pair off my total leaving a message saying theyre busy and try later. I sent an email that they say they return all emails within 24 hours but didn't. When I finally got any email back they said I didn't choose the shoes that where buy 5 and get the 6th free. They wrong! I got scamed. I received the shoes all six pairs that were all stuffed in a plastic bag not one pair was in a box they were shoved into this bag and shipped that way. As I opened them they smelled like chemicals and are so poorly made that I can't think of any place to compare them to. I'm going to send them back and hope for a refund! This was so disappointing. I hope you get the chance to read this before you buy anything from them.

Quick safe. One item arrived late. Finally received it too.

No problems encounter but I already have one of these. Far too small and no size on garment I would like to return that item for a refund.

Easy to order. Took too long to receive the items. Like 3 weeks. No way of tracking them. Arrived after Christmas, so I was not able to gift them. Size and quality are not what I expected. I am afraid now that if I return it, I'll never get my money back.

I ordered a cat coat and everything went fine. So I ordered two more as Christmas gifts, not knowing the delivery might be later than Christmas. Fortunately my girls were very pleased when the coats finally did arrive. My wish would have been to know the delivery would be delayed so I could give advance warning.

Love this store, so much to choose from. Was looking for new skirts. Now I'm looking for dresses. Thank you for the great selection.
