I've only received my new dress but was pleasantly surprised how pretty it was. Love the material! Looking forward to getting my new blouse any time soon.

Most of the clothes were not as depicted in the photos. Organising a return was just a nightmare. Sorry but I won't be back.

This order was easy to place.
Out of my order of 3 tops, I didn't see or like, the split sleeves of one of them. I do like the other two.

If they fit then I will be satisfied…. Since I'm more of a petite.
Most of the blouses were long sleeve…which I hadn't noticed…. But pretty.
They hang long on me so I will need to shorten them.
Also I will need to cut the sleeves short
I probably won't buy on the internet again.

When I expanded the page to zoom in, the page glitched sometimes.
My order came as tracked. The $#*!e fit fine and was as pictured. The dress however had a much more BOLDER print than what was pictured. I wanted to return the dress but was told it would be expensive and there would be additional cost for foreign customs. So I accepted the 15% discount and kept the dress. I donated it to a charity.

Very good service. Ordered wrong size and they are taking care of it.

This is not my first time ordering a jacket in this store, as always the quality and service is top notch! Special thanks for the speed of assembly and shipment.

What is the Annie $10 for? I was not expecting that. I did mot send it back because I did mot want to pay for postage.

Pleased with the designs and patterns on material but would definitely like more natural materials. Most clothing items were sized appropriately but a couple of the winter clothes were a bit too large.

The fabric patterns were different on the clothes I received than the images in the online system when I originally ordered. The blouse with the large tulip print is not symmetrical at the neckline. Weird pleats on the neckline are not centered at all. It took a long time to receive my order. I received my order after the special event passed that I ordered the new clothes for that special event.

Very good prices, great selection of clothing and the styles are very trending.

I ordered two dresses on February 13th. I received one, no problem. The other is still processing as of March 15th. All requests have been met with "be patient". I thinkcI have been and just want to know what the problem is and when to expect shipment or refund my money. This lack of communication is disappointing.

It was okay considering they missed my address and later corrected it and got to me at the perfect time. The dispatch was amazing and I got exactly what I ordered with the shortest time I ever expected

Some items took a month to get here. A lot of the items were the style of an over the head sweatshirt which I did not notice from the picture. I would have preferred a regular hemmed bottom instead of a band along the bottom of the tops.
