I've asked for a return slip. They said 48hrs I'd hear back for it. Still nothing. I want to return all of it. It's not what I ordered, 2 of the same item...I didn't order 2 of the same item. Some I just didn't like after I saw it. I need a return slip for the whole order.
Ordered the item back on November16th As of December16 I sent in a request to find out where the package was? I was told on this website that my order was not placed on this website. So I contacted PayPal (since the Item was charged to PayPal) and I filled out a claim on PayPal. PayPal contacted seller and PayPal followed up along with me adding any E-mails I got.
Finally on December 23rd the item showed up.

First time shopper. Item I very oversized. Have been trying to get someone to respond to my request for an exchange. I have not received a return confirmation as of yet. I am going to let my credit card stop payment if no results this week, January 23.
Been waiting a month for items to ship! Worst customer service. No way to speak with a live representative. You have to chat through texting. If you ask why an item is taking so long to ship, they just say it's been delayed. If you ask for a refund on items not shipped/on delay, they'll deny it. I ordered 11 items and only received two which came in 3 weeks after ordering. What I can say on the quality of clothing, it's cheap! Should've known you get what you pay for. Also, if it's discounted, good luck, you can't return it. I don't understand how they even have good reviews on this website. I believe people were paid and they're lying on their reviews.

It is easy to order but takes forever to receive your items. I wish you gave better descriptions regarding tge fabric as well as the length of items.

Thank you I ordered clothing for Christmas but received them after Christmas not realizing they were not USA shipping but from abroad. As I did two separate orders one day apart I didn't get them at same time. I contacted Anniecloth and got an immediate response. I appreciate their response time and concern for their customers. I have now received both orders but because of international sizing, the clothes run larger in size than USA sizes. I would recommend ordering a size smaller in clothing and true size in shoes if ordering in USA. The clothing is beautiful and well made.

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. Please take heart to the reviews you are seeing from those of us who have already been scammed by them and avoid the temptation of the low prices. You get what you pay for!

My question is how is that out of 500 customers reviews from multiple sites say the same things and all had the exact experience. Negitave and posted a bad review. Dont listen to those positive reviews. Annie Cloth are posting fake positive reviews to help them get customers.

If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites. Do your homework & I'm sorry you spent $700.
