I booked 2 units at Adina in Hungary from other booking company and I am still looking for 2 more units. Only Amoma provided when others including the hotel cannot. Amoma even contacted me through my phone just to ensure I get what I needed. Additional discount was also offered which to my surprise Amoma's offers was much lower than the previous 2 units I booked from other agency. Really very satisfied! Keep up Amoma!

I booked a room through them for around the Orlando international airport. Not even 10 minutes after I booked, I found out there are 2 international airports in Orlando and I booked the wrong one. I called them and tried to explain my situation and if I could switch my reservation to the other airport with the same name brand hotel. They would not and would only refund me $33.00 of my $125.00

IDEAL HOTEL FOR CENTRAL GLASGOW

Very reasonable prices to stay, room was a good size & clean, fantastic breakfast included (lots of choice and self service), and all just two minutes from Glasgow Central Station, Weatherspoons is only a few doors away for meals etc. and Solid Rock bar just around the corner, also very close to 'Audio' venue (that is where I was going)... I go to Glasgow regularly & would definitely use again!

Originally booked a room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dallas through Amoma. When we got to the hotel they had no record of the reservation even though I received a confirmation email. After being put on hold for over 2 hours, they found a hotel for me a couple of blocks down the road for the same price. Once we got to the Hilton Garden Inn, we checked in expecting two king size beds (person on phone said this to us, we originally had 2 queen size beds for Crowne Plaza). Feeling a little better about the terrible customer support we received, we got up to the room and realized there was only 1 bed and I had a pending charge of $673 by the Hilton after prepaying through Amoma. This tied up a bunch of available credit I was not expected and limited some of the things we wanted to do on our trip.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they would call you and put you on hold for 20mins+ each time. Was expecting a relaxing site seeing trip in Dallas for a few days and it turned into over 6 hours of being on hold, trying to find a new place to stay, and a lot of stress.

We checked your case and learned that we were able to offer you an alternative hotel, which you accepted. You were not charged by us for anything else than what was confirmed within your booking. It seems as though your new hotel made an authorization to your account, which has then again been released. We are sorry for this issue, however this practice was out of our control.

Hôtel confortable en bord de mer-

Séjour de 5 nuits dans cet établissement. Chambre spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements et balcon agréable.
Grande piscine et accès à la mer. Petits déjeuners copieux,
L'accueil pourrait être amélioré. Le sanitaire vieillissant est à revoir.
Pas de Wi-fi dans les chambres, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel 4*
Pas d'alcool dans un hôtel à vocation internationale.

It's good

Good restaurant and cheap through AMOMA. It's much cheaper than other web when I reserve this hotel on AMOMA.
What is not so satisfied is that I reserved a twin bed room, but the hotel offers a double bed room. It's not so convenient for me and my friend.

Very good hotel n 10 min away from plaza de mayor
Staff in reception are brilliant Enrique from reception is one of the best! Very nice breakfast- welcome fruits in the reception and drinks! Porter or doorman is very good on explaining the route.

Would not use again

Booked a hotel via this website. We chose the hotel because it was just around the corner from a conference I was attending, we had staid there before, and it had a spa for relaxing in after the conference. We turned up and they told us that the hotel was full and they would have to send us to an alternative hotel. Whilst we were waiting for a taxi to take us to the other hotel there were three other groups who turned up and were given rooms, despite arriving after us. When we queried this we were told that rooms are 'pre-allocated' rather than on a first come, first served basis. They refused to tell us how they decided to issue the 'pre-allocated' rooms too, however I can only conclude that it was because we booked via Amoma that we were deemed less priority than the people who had booked with the hotel direct hence why we were being shipped out when other people were arriving after us and being given a room. We were eventually sent to another hotel that was no where near the conference centre and with no spa facilities. We were booked to stay for four nights, but checked out after two nights because of this however Amoma refused to refund our last two nights. No other forms of compensation were offered. I am utterly appalled at the service from Amoma and would NEVER consider using them again.

Update following their response: they have responded under my review to say they are trying to get a refund for us. The hotel said that as far as they were concerned the rate was refundable and we should be able to get it back - that is not what Amoma are saying. They have also said that they are trying, when we have already had an email from them saying that we definitely would not get a refund. We had two separate bookings because we needed to extend the stay and we were told just to book a separate reservation and the two would be linked. We accepted the other hotel they put us to because we had no choice - it was 11pm at night and we were in a foreign city. What else were we going to do? Sleep rough? Utter disgrace and despite their mealy mouthed attempt at justification I would NEVER do business with them again and I would strongly urge anyone considering booking with this company to consider what happened to us. By reading the other reviews it appears that this company have no consideration for their customers what so ever.

A beautiful Scottish five star stay

We have returned to stay at the Balmoral after having a few years break as we stay in Edinburgh a lot throughout the year. We found it very pleasurable and high end although we thought the breakfast staff seemed harassed and frantic. Breakfast was good.
Our room on the 6th floor was an executive room, spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was lovely especially having hotel branded toiletries that were nice on the skin. The only issue me & my husband had we found the bed quite firm but that can be personal choice, the bedding was of high standard and comfortable.
We had room service ( rib eye steak) which was quick and very tasty. We will return as our daughter is at university in Edinburgh and enjoy a few fantastic cocktails in the bar. They are the best in the city we have found and staff in the bar are professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant & professional. A very nice night away in a lovely hotel.
