Booked a room through their web site, they took the money from the account but said the booking was declined, after ringing GENEVA from Australia $$$ we were told our money would be refunded, our bank is now pursuing them, thanks for nothing AMOMA

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, clean room everyday and near to restaurants and metro stations.
Amoma are con artists they lure you in. We thought we were booking a twin room and then when the booking was complete the voucher said double. Got a rude message from "Customer service" threatening to cancel out booking if we made amendments... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"!

We checked your case and learned that the room type chosen was double, under a non-refundable / non -amendable policy. Please note that cancellation / amendment fees are set by our suppliers and we only pass them along accordingly.
We always strive to obtain a positive outcome for you but cannot guarantee our efforts will be successful in cases of non-refundable bookings. In the case of your amendment request for twin room type, the information was passed along to the property as a special request, but is depending on the hotel's availability.

While I am pleased with the price I received on a hotel room for NYE in NYC, I was not aware that the hotel charged for parking per day and any rooms booked through Amoma or other travel sites do not receive complimentary breakfasts (which I was not made aware of until after I had already began eating breakfast and was charged $19 for a single bagel) so I under-budgeted for the trip. I had some major issues with the hotel itself but those are being taken up with the hotel and were not directly related to anything Amoma-related, other than that the venue was listed as offering free parking and also that breakfast was offered as well.

I booked a double room at the Golden Nugget with AMOMA upon arriving to the hotel to check in they told me that I have to get what's left over smh and the room was horrible very disappointed with AMOMA and Golden Nugget. I will never book with you guys again nor recommend anyone else unless this matter is solved.

I often stay at the Novotel Wembley. Previously lays booked using the Accor website. Used Amorality and booked for a much lower price.
Great hotel, service and breakfast at the chosen hotel. The Grand in Krakow. Will use again to book and would recommend. Much better than bookings.com as you pay in sterling, the amount advertised and no surprises.

We were charged city and resort tax by the hotel which was included on Amom, a website at the time of booking. After querying this with Amoma upon our return we received a refund of the taxes paid.
Based on what I read on the internet I had some concerns but reservations were exactly as requested and price was great!
I booked through Amoma. Com. They offered us a much lesser price than the other booking sites and that too including breakfast. Thanks Amoma for the amazing deal.
