I had no problems when checking into the hotel, everything went smoothly. They showed my reservation and that it was paid. We had a great stay with absolutely no hassle.
Very good location in the old town center, 300m from the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants, super clean, perfect frienldy staff, AC.
Easy pisy all in 1 click away. And to find a great deal for my family in a 5 star hotel. Affordable and luxery at the same time
Very nice hotel, very nice staff, our only complaint was the state of the air conditioning. Almost non existant. Also, the corner bar/bistro facing the hotel drew a crowd that enjoyed the night away, at least until 2 am. Otherwise, most enjoyable.
On arrival greeted by a very pleasant member of staff. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will stay again.
Herrliches Schwimmbad, das aber leider häufig durch Veranstaltungen belegt war. Frühstücksraum auch über den Dächern Münchens, Gemüse leider nur auf Bestellung.
I am very disappointed, the room was ok but the bathroom was really dirty, like they never cleaned. I found couple of cockroaches in my room. There was a day that they didn't clean the room. The beach is pretty but you cannot get in there and there were some construction going on and the pool water was filthy. Food was ok but not a variety almost the same every day. Not enough towels and they were like rugs very old. The jacuzzi wasn't working either.The only people that made me feel better we're Pablo and Citlali.

Booking the accommodation was fine, accommodation not so fine. Room could do with a major refurb, booked as a triple not big enough for 3 people.
Other sites offering the same hotel at £50/60 more. Would book again very simple and easy check in etc
I'm very pleased with the reservation.It was all right. Again I would reserve amoma. I hope there will be no problems in booking hotels in the future.
Unclear and misinformative. Save your money. They made my trip more stressful than it was supposed to be. Their customer service can't help at all and I was on hold for 48 minutes before I hung up.

Had no problems saved money by using this site and got free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before
Every thing was perfect and very good customer service they were very helpfull with my problem it was solved in cople of hours. Thanks very much for your service for sure i am going to use it agian.

Very conscious that guests pay a very wide range of prices presumably dependent on vacancy rates.
