We ordered a mule chest for our bedroom and nesting tables for our living room from AOS after looking in so many places. Our pieces were delivered yesterday and they are beautiful! The work is impeccable and we love the stain we selected. Ryan was so great to work with and everything went flawlessly. We received our pieces exactly when the company told us they would be delivered. I would definitely order from AOS again. We have a local company here in California that sells Amish furniture and their prices were double what we paid at AOS.

We are down-sizing, so I will no longer have room for my beautiful craftsman china hutch. As a replacement, I found a beautiful sideboard on the Amish Outlet Store website, but it was too tall to fit under the window on the wall where it needs to go. Amish Outlet worked closely with me via email, phone and snail mail to customize the dimensions and exactly match the finish and hardware on my other furniture. My new sideboard arrived yesterday and is amazing! It fits perfectly in my new home and looks like it came as a part of my original dining room furniture. I couldn't be happier. I was well-informed all along the customization process and the build time was exactly what I was initially told to expect. Good job, Amish Outlet Store! I'll be recommending you to others.

Apparently I cannot comment on the manager's comment from my bookcase review. The floor where the bookcase was put was level, the delivery person and I checked that first thing. I didn't suggest the $50 back, it was their only offer, as I would've had to pay several hundred dollars freight to return the unlevel bookcase. One of the magnet closures was broken, and they sent me a new one. The light inside still doesn't work. I used my own shim to level the bookcase. One of the doors wasn't straight, the finish was scratched off where the door hits the frame. I would never do any business with them again! How is it my fault that this bookcase has so many issues?

I have bought furniture from the Amish Outlet Store twice and I couldn't be happier. I will have this very high quality furniture for the rest of my life and pass on to family members.

What a wonderful experience I have had with this company! They offer high quality furniture, made here in the USA and the price is quite right. All the staff and the delivery team were also exceptional.

Amish Outlet Store service has literally the worst service that I've ever encountered. They called in the morning to inform me that they were ready to deliver my furniture the next day. No lead time to arrange for the disposal of the furniture that was set to be replaced. I called up Goodwill who were happy to come and get it that day. That night the delivery service calls to tell me that there's no room on the truck for my furniture! It'll be another week before they can make delivery. So now I have no furniture for a week and this is a business I'm running. When they finally are ready to ship I get a call from the manager, Mike, that the custom coffee table I ordered was made to the wrong size but the rest of the order is fine and will be delivered in a few days. That goes smoothly and the furniture is to spec.It's been two months since then and I'm still waiting for the coffee table. Mike tells me it's been ready to deliver for the last two weeks+ but apparently Mike can't get the delivery people to set a date to deliver it. So 5 months since I originally placed the order and I still don't have all my furniture. Like I said, worst company I've ever dealt with.

Everything! We ordered: Dutch Country Mission bedroom set which included the queen bed (customized with under-bed storage), two three-drawer night stands, chest, 9-drawer dresser with mirror. We also ordered the Arlington Wine cabinet. The workmanship is beautiful, solid and sturdy, everything solid wood. The style of each piece is exactly what I was looking for and we LOVE the soft closing drawers on everything. Robin in Customer Service was extremely helpful with ordering the type of wood and stain selections. She also helped me with getting the bed customization I was wanting.

The other part of this order was the delivery. Daniel Miller was our
Delivery man and he also set everything up. Every piece of furniture
Was securely wrapped and Daniel treated everything with the best of
Care. He didn't bang into the walls, he carefully unwrapped each piece.
He didn't even leave dirty shoe tracks on the floors - a rarity with
Delivery people! He treated our new items and our home as if it were
His own. Daniel was patient as he helped me get the furniture placed
"just so". He was easy to talk to and friendly as he did his work.

I was looking for furniture that was made in the U.S. A and found your
Website. I'm so glad to have found you! Your customer service, quality
Of furniture, and delivery is absolutely top-notch and worth every
Penny. From the moment I received the quote and talked to your customer
Service reps, this has been the best experience. I WILL BE a return customer -- the living room is next!

I worked with Ryan over the phone for about 6 weeks. Ryan has the patience of a saint. We finally ordered 4 pieces in total for my LR. These pieces were somewhat custom and I chose the stain... which is not easy and another project on its own. Ryan was very helpful and never gave up on me. It took about 12 weeks but worth every minute. My furniture is beautiful. There is not one store in Boston, MA, that could have built and delivered the quality that you guys did. Not my first rodeo so I am here to tell you that the quality and workmanship surpasses anything I have seen in MA in over 30 years. In closing, my furniture was delivered by professional people who acted and cared about my product. The furniture was fully wrapped and not one scratch on it. I will come back over and over again.

I ordered the West Lake TV Cabinet in oak with a golden/reddish hued stain for my parents as a Christmas gift. It was recently delivered and surpassed my already high expectations. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition, beautifully made with attention to detail. Just opening the drawers shows the quality of this custom made piece. The weight is substantial, sturdy and impressive in every way. All employees with whom I communicated with via telephone and email were very friendly, courteous and professional as were the two great guys who delivered the furniture. I do not typically write reviews but had to share this wonderful company with others. Amish Outlet Store makes beautiful quality custom furniture. You may have to wait a bit for your piece to be crafted but it is well worth the wait. All that and Made in USA! Very pleased & highly recommend!

First ever online purchase of furniture. Scared to death of the uncertainty as I like to put my eyes and hands on something of this magnitude. But the quality of craftsmanship, ease or ordering and step by step help with color matching and WONDERFUL customer service from Mindy won me over. Thank God I trusted my instincts and Mindy! I got the London Platform Bed in Oak with the optional center long drawer. The drawers (6) are the deepest out there and the long (6ft) center drawer will be a blessing for blankets and such. I also ordered it without the headboard as my hubby attached our own. The builder accommodated us by adding pilot holes for ease of attachment. It turned out beautiful! Delivery and set up were a breeze and all involved were great to deal with including Darryl. Pay the extra and let them set it up in-house for you (sorry I didn't get the names of the guys who set it up). I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and online store. Don't be afraid... take the leap of faith... you WON'T be sorry!

I seldom submit reviews, but our experience with Amish Outlet Store was so pleasurable that I must submit this one. From my first telephone call, to the delivery and setup of our dining room furniture, every interaction with the staff was professional. By the time we placed our order, we knew exactly what we were getting. Every piece matched perfectly (after we selected the stain and finish from samples that were mailed to us.) Each piece was beautifully crafted. The delivery was made as promised, on time, even though we live many states away from the factory. We were called by the driver in transit so we could make arrangements for delivery at an exact time. This manufacturer is very easy to deal with, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and the product is above expectations. If you want a perfect experience with selection of furniture, I highly recommend Amish Outlet Store. You may need to wait a bit, but it is well worth it!
