Our furniture arrived today and it is just as beautiful as we expected. We are thrilled with our dresser and nightstands. We were trying to match a mahogany headboard and received 4 stain samples to compare it with. We chose cherry wood, stain "Michael" and it is perfect. The customer service throughout was courteous and helpful; the delivery driver communicated with us about the delivery and arrived exactly on schedule and set up the furniture for us. Thank you very much!

I ordered the Tiverton Loveseat in Reclaimed Barnwood which I am happily sitting in as I write this review. It is comfortable, sturdy and gorgeous! I was so happy with the company, I added 2 side tables, a TV stand and a bed to my order. They gave me a larger discount and I saved a bundle by having it all shipped together. As I said to the manager, I could not be happier with everything I got. The craftsmanship is stellar and these pieces will last a lifetime. Even the shipper was a delight. I will be adding a 6th piece, an Armoire very soon.

We have been enjoying out rocker and footstool for several day. They are perfect. The quality is even greater than expected. Please extend the appreciation of my husband and myself to the craftsmen.

The delivery man was friendly, efficient and careful with our rocker and footstool. He called ahead and came when he said he would. That's terrific service. We appreciate him.

This is an update to a review i wrote titled "Not the product I thought I was getting" I had ordered a 42" pub table and chairs and was unhappy with the product but not the quality. The manager reached out to me and offered to correct the problem and send me 4 new chairs without charge, indicating he was not informed of the issue. He was very nice and apologized for the mix up. This company does stand behind their product and I was very pleased to work with a company that does. It is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them.

Back in September of this year I had posted a not to flattering review of the manager Mike at the Amish Outlet Store. After numerous phone calls between Mike, the builder and myself we have hopefully solved the issue with my corner hutch. It has now been ordered with specifications we have all agreed upon which will work on the existing wall in my dining room. Mike was easy to work with and I was hesitant to have this conversation after previous reviews but he was patient and helpful with measurements and recommendations. I am now awaiting for my replacement.

I am so pleased with the sofa and wine cabinet from Amish Outlet. I opted for brown maple and the pieces are simply beautiful and exceeded my expectations on quality. I have been refinishing furniture for years, so I expect quality finishes.

I had a hard time picking out the upholstery from the Amish Outlet website. In the end, I ordered my own upholstery and mailed it to the builder. I even requested that they send me any leftover upholstery, which was delivered with the furniture.

It was a nice touch that the delivery man last name was "Yoder," a very Amish name, although he did not show up with a horse and carriage!

I searched high and low for some beautiful, well made, real wood furniture. In and out of stores all over the place. Way too big and way too expensive. I finally sat down with my iPad and started searching. I am so glad I found this website. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful and the website was so fun to use! I made my choices, they sent me stain samples and my furniture arrived much faster than I expected! How well it matches our woodwork was so cool! We couldn't be more happy! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I went to the Leesburg, Virginia store, and had the pleasure of having Marion A. Assist me with a custom order for a small kitchen table. The table turned out beautiful and definetly an heirloom piece to pass onward to my kids.

I had the distinct pleasure of having Joyce assist me with a product I am interested in. I am (blessedly) recovering from a ruptured brain aneurysm and do not always understand the simplest descriptions. Joyce was so kind, supportive and amazing at dealing with me! I honestly felt like she was a member of my family. That being said, you can be sure that if I plan on purchasing ANYTHING your store will always be the first on my list! I will also be telling everyone I know about your place of business! So wish there were more people in the world like Joyce. THANK YOU for hiring her! She is worth her weight in gold!

Or, I will be once our second glider and ottoman are delivered! We have ordered furniture twice from this store and so far we are happy with the quality, finish and look. The man who delivered it all the way from Ohio to West Texas was friendly, polite and accommodating. Customers do have to wait quite a long time for what they order but that goes along with getting exactly the type of wood, finish, upholstery and stain that you desire. So far I have been very pleased with our experience buying from this furniture maker.
