We would like to thank Amish Outlet for maintaining the excellent quality of our bedroom furniture despite a big setback their company suffered due to a warehouse fire. Though our bedroom furniture was delivered in two separate deliveries 10 weeks apart due to the fire, the pieces matched perfectly and have the same beautiful craftsmanship. The color is just what we wanted; the pieces are solid and sturdy and the drawers slide so smoothly. We love this company and their commitment to quality!

We ordered a dining table and 8 chairs from Amish Outlet store. There was a delay with our order and the chairs ended up being shipped separately, but customer service was very prompt and kept us updated along the way. The quality of the table and chairs is AMAZING. We will definitely order again from them in the future.

In an effort to begin the ordering process, I called customer service at the 800 number. I learned I could get no further information by making the call. I was instructed to back up, apply online, and wait for a contact.

My family finally moved into a place with its own dining room and as a result, I could get the hutch I wanted. When I first contacted Amish Outlet Store for a quote, they were super helpful even though I knew I would need months to save up. Once I had enough money, I contacted them to setup the stain color and send in the down payment. They again went out of their way to help me get samples to see the stain in person. They gave me notice that I would have to wait up to 6 months for the hutch as it was built once ordered and there was a backlog. I checked in around Month 5 after ordering and they were able to tell me the week they expected to deliver it. Then they called the week before delivery to confirm date/time worked for me. Yesterday it was delivered. I live in NYC on a high floor and not only did they deliver it, they brought it up the elevator and into my apartment. My hutch has glass in it and I have never seen a delivery person be so gentle with a delivery. Once they left, I got to really look at my piece and not only is it beautiful but every aspect was built with care. I can't recommend them enough. I know this piece will be a piece that is passed down the generations.

I ordered a Preston double pedestal table 48x72, with two leaves that fit under the table. I also ordered 8 Bent paddle chairs, 2 with arms and 6 without arms, which they are perfect! The chairs are very comfortable, and the stain (fruitwood) matches my china hutch. Stain samples were mailed to me earlier so I could match my cabinet.

The delivery was flawless, and the gentleman was very personable and efficient, and communicated with me on date and time.

The whole transaction, from order date to delivery date went smoothly. Expect a 16 to 18 week wait, but was definately well worth it for the quality of the furniture and service I received.

We bought dresser, chest of drawer & night stand in Arts & Crafts collection. They are the most well-built, perfectly beautiful furniture. Smooth surface, rich dark finish, perfectly positioned hardware. And how silent is it when we open drawers! We have been gazing at them in our bedroom like crazy people since we got them delivered. Finally the real furniture made out of real, custom made wood! And they smell wonderful.

We all are very satisfied with my purchase, The bookshelf looks really very fascinating and is A1 in quality. 5 stars without any doubt. It looks super reliable and also the price charged is affordable.

Ordered a jewelry Armor January 7 2021. I was told 12 to 14 weeks to make and deliver. May 26,2021…. Still waiting. Called customer service today May 26 and they are doing inventory. They will call us in 2 weeks to let us know when it will ship. Should have never paid in full up front. They got there money and now the service sucks! Never buy from them again. If they contacted me periodically with updates I probably would be more understanding. Oh well lost a customer for life.

I'm a returning customer and just bought 5 new pieces, including a custom built cabinet. I worked with Ryan, back and forth, to custom modify a sideboard to meet my need for a linen storage cabinet in my dining room. I had width constraints and I needed enough depth to accommodate placemat and tablecloth storage. I wanted pull out drawers (behind the doors). He worked with me and then with the builder to be sure the specs were exactly as needed. He also helped me to choose rustic cherry even though all my other furniture is clear. He walked me through the stain choices for each of my pieces and then sent samples of the most likely ones. My custom linen cabinet is absolutely beautiful. It is unique. I come from a family of woodworkers, and I know the thought and skill that lie behind all the details that make this piece (as well as my other choices) so beautifully constructed and finished.
To top it all off, Ryan and his colleagues and the delivery team, were all so nice, responsive and helpful. The delivery team was very careful when bringing all these pieces in and helping me get them in the right spot. If I ever have room for more furniture, I will absolutely come back to Amish Outlet.

We have never ordered such a large purchase online and without actually seeing the furniture. Well, it is absolutely beautiful. We are so impressed by the quality of the furniture. It could not be any nicer. We loved that they gave us numerous choices for stain. When Rubin arrived to unload it and set it up, he took such care. It was as if it were his own furniture. When we had questions and called for answers, everyone was helpful and so pleasant. We could not recommend Amish Outlet Store any higher. Excellent!

Many different styles to choose from - hard decision to make.

I recently ordered a kitchen table and bar stools. Ryan was wonderful helping me with all the different options and sending samples on 3 different occasions! I wanted to do two different stains / finishes for the base vs. top and he explained all the options really well. It took a few tries to match the samples to my decor but he was very patient and made sure I got it right before finalizing the order. I wasn't present for the delivery but my husband said they were awesome - friendly and set everything up to make sure it was perfect before they left. I love the furniture - it matches perfectly and is such good quality. I highly recommend Amish Outlet Store - it is totally worth the wait for custom build / delivery. (This is the 3rd time over the years I've ordered from them. I have an awesome office L-shaped desk and hutch, a dining table and a china cabinet. Love them all.)

Our Gliders and Ottomans arrived in the time frame quoted to us when we ordered them. They are even more beautiful than I imagined they would be! The craftsman ship of the Chairs and Ottomans were excellent! The Upholstery was perfect! This work is truly a work of art! Everyone involved with our order was so professional and friendly, they always responded in a very timely manner and were a huge help to me during this process! I can't thank them ALL enough for our very beautiful furniture!
