I wanted a good quality children's table and chair set. So I went to the Amish Outlet Store and found what I wanted in a few minutes. The site was easy to navigate and the pictures were great. The description was precise. After placing the order the response was shortly replied with all the final details.

UPDATE 9/18/23: still waiting. Was told my re-built custom tables would be delivered wk of 9/11/23. Nothing. Emailed end of the week. Was told they're now being delivered 10/9/23 week- another month. No explanation. Called and this time was transferred to a manager who apologized. Stated the order from the builder missed their shipping truck to the Northeast, that only comes monthly! Credited $50. Does not make up for having to wait 2 extra months for my order. There is clearly a communication breakdown with this company and the Indiana builder. Would not have ordered from here in retrospect, especially for the nearly $1000 I paid for 2 end tables…

8/18/23: I ordered 2 custom height end tables 3 months ago and today they were delivered. They're beautiful tables but unfortunately NOT the custom height (6 inches too high) I ordered and authorized full price payment for. Both the delivery gentleman and the salesman when I called admitted the builder mistakenly overlooked the custom height (and so did the company and shipper when shipped- as it correct height was even on the shipping invoice). I've been told the builder will build two more to the correct height. Have to wait another month to receive and no partial refund was offered or granted when inquired…. Just an "I'm sorry". There were at least 2 other companies with the exact same tables for sale- I would recommend ordering elsewhere. Not satisfied. Will update review if appropriate.

I couldn't be happier with my new bedroom set from Amish Outlet Store. The quality is outstanding and the finish is gorgeous. I was nervous making such a large purchase online without seeing anything in person, but everything is picture perfect and solid wood built to last. The delivery men were professional, polite and fast. I was impressed with the care they took to ensure there was no damage to the furniture or my home. I will definitely order from them again.

Every detail was addressed. Made the process easy.

Ordered two pieces in cherry wood. Had color samples on cherry sent to me. Chose coffee as it was a close approximation to another cherry piece I have. The coffee stain sample still allowed the beauty of the cherry to show. Received pieces. Much darker and veins of wood barely visible. Amish Outlet sent me a new coffee color chip to compare. Amish Outlet response's "The stain is darker, but is a good representation of 226 Coffee". If I had wanted a darker stain, tobacco or espresso, for instance, I would have chose that color and probably would have chosen a less expensive wood species

Great interior furniture and classy design! This store had everything I needed for my bedroom. All collections are placed together, and there is no need to browse the entire store to find something matching.
