We can understand your frustration with the delay in shipping the Freedom Offroad 3-Inch Front Lift Struts with Front Upper Control Arms, Rear Lift Springs and Shocks (12-18 4WD RAM 1500 w/o Air Ride) that you recently ordered. We do work hard to have our website updated to the most recently inventory, but there are times when we receive a notification that the item is out of stock, after we submit the order. When you placed your order we show that the "get it by" dates were noted as 2/19-2/20, but then we received notice the item is currently on back ordered, and they get it by date was changed to 3/10-3/14. If you would like to see if we have an alternative option for you, please contact our Sales Team, and they can review your vehicle information and see if we have a kit that is in stock and will work with your truck.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future purchase and is valid until 5/31/2026.

Love it, can't find a 304 stainless exhaust anywhere near this price. Progressive system isn't loud but sounds great. If you want louder then get the competitor. AT has it listed wrong at 2.25" pipes, this is a 3" system and was super easy to do in the driveway. Fast delivery, even though Fedex opened my box for some reason...

Item I got said it was for F150 2015-2019
Website said to F150 2021
Not sure if there's a version for 2021 or if its different? These don't fit like the picture in the box. They don't overlap bed sides they actually fit inside with a gap all the way around.
Called to see if they had my running boards in stock and talked to Ryan who took my order and I went the next day to pick them up at the warehouse in Lenexa. They were super easy to put on and look great! Thanks American trucks!
The gentleman who was helping me did an excellent job, but it would have been nice to speed up my order because all orders 149 or less are just as important too, and they get there's in 3days. Mine is a week
The website is very easy to navigate and stock is amazing. Shipping is a little expensive to Canada. You should try and get the same deal as Jegs or Summit Racing, as they have the best Canadian Shipping rates I've experienced. I'm sure you would see a big bump in business, even for your American Muscle site.
Ordering and shipping was fast. The Power stop brake kit arrived a day earlier than expected. But when I opened the box, one of the two sensor wires was missing. I called American trucks back and was sent a form to fill out for the missing parts that goes to brake supplier. Still no confirmation on if or when I'm going to get the missing part. Cant start repairs or use the truck.

Great selection of parts and descriptions annd customer service. Only downside is the bombardment of emails trying to get you to by more once you make a purchase. This is why I hate leaving my email but you have no choice.
Putting new 295x70x18 tires so a 1.75 inch ready leveling kit is going in. Everyone is have spoken to was great but when you call in you can't get anyone right away and you get hung up on several times unless your lucky.
Why would you advertise a product as available, if it'll take a whole month for yall to ship? I called and yall said the item come direct from the manufacturer. You guys should advertise as product not in stock and typically takes 2/3 weeks to ship….

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
