Great inventory of items, but the VIP program is excellent! Free shipping and when you upload pictures of items you buy you get store credit. It makes for excellent values on the items you want to purchase (if they aren't outright free with the in-store credit). I've been very happy with my interactions with store associates when chatting about questions I have had and with how fast items get shipped. Way better deal overall than buying through Amazon. Can't recommend American Trucks enough! Great company!
Bought a few things for my truck, amazing all the different things I can get from here just for my truck.
Pretty good experience over all however when it came to paying with my credit card I got charged a extra $241.85 on top of the original $651.16 that was the price I was expecting and not $893.00. I even got the 3yrs warranty.

Best customer care for ordering truck parts period. I've been ordering with american trucks over the past couple years andnever had a problem or issues. That's just the only site.You need to order anything for your truck
I was very disappointed in the pricing and the help on the phone about the pricing. You charge double what your competitors charge on some of the same items.

Once I finally found what I wanted.It was easy. But it took a few times trying to find what I wanted due to the fact that when you type pacific things in it does not recognize it all the time.
I had great experiences in the past when I purchased items for my Challenger on American Muscle and Gladiator on Extreme Terrain. American Trucks gave that same consistency. I really appreciate the install videos on the product pages, giving me the confidence to purchase items and get them installed.
The infotainment system never worked. American Trucks would not exchange it. I now have to pay Infotainment directly to figure out why it doesn't work, or take it to a Ram dealership and pay them. It seems that this product doesn't seem to have a true warranty. I believe it was not programmed to my truck properly or it's a defective unit. Wish I could give no stars

Quality parts at a good price! On time delivery and items were described as listed. Made my Tahoe look Great! I took before and after photos, you can tell the difference.
My experience with y'all was good, but I am still waiting on parts to get to me from fedex. I recieved some of my items but the boxes were damaged and looks like they'd been thrown around and drug around with parts falling out of the box…
I have bought from American Trucks, & American Muscle multiple times and I have never had an issue. The one time I did need to return something, they were so nice on the phone and made it so easy. Every time Its time to upgrade my ride, I go here.
About a week and a half ago I purchased an S&B cool air intake. Although I put my email in correctly, I was still able to track the item and it was delivered in a timely manner and it fits the vehicle well
I bought a muffler delete for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Part arrived on time in good condition. Installation was quick and easy with the directions provided.
Have gotten everything fast and accurate, ordered quite a few things a few times...
ONLY irritating thing is American Truck sending me emails about things I don't own, do y'all NOT check garage items we listed here? E.g. I DO NOT OWN A F150... smh smh smdh
A friend told me about American Trucks and I checked them out. The website was easy to use; just type in your vehicle information and start shopping their products. I spent a couple days comparing like items and made my choice. I made the order and the very next day it was delivered. Quick and simple! I would use them again w/o hesitation.
Great exhaust all parts there just for the price no instructions or stickers anyone ordering any type of part definitely would expect stickers and instructions.

Paid for overnight for an arrival on Saturday and they didn't even come close to that date. Mind you over night isn't cheap, and needed it for the weekend to repair on my day off.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
Answer: Buy elsewhere! Do not waste your money with this website. They will either send you junk or it will be junk eventually and you won't be able to get a refund or warranty.
