Not that Good

The mirrows don't fit correct and were supposed to. The service departmemt was good and offered to return them, Promply. The only ones they do have don't have all the correct options.

Ive used yalls site before and never really had a bad experience but its crazy to me a subwoofer box that shows in stock is taking 5 plus days just to be shipped out as my order still shows processing now granted the estimated time of arrival has not passed just seems a bit crazy to take that long

Thanks for your feedback, this item is actually coming directly from the supplier to you versus shipping from one of our in house warehouses. Due to this that is the reason for the delayed delivery time and longer processing time. The estimated ship date is between 8/2-8/5. Please keep an eye on your email for the shipping confirmation once it does ship. I never received my order.

Not good. I haven't received my parts. I only got an email telling me my delivery date is delayed. All I know is you took the money from my account for the order I placed and I haven't received what i ordered.

UNREAL MARKUP

Purchased lower control arms for my Ram TRX4 they bill me $371.00 just to find out they source from DETROIT AXLE and my price from DETROIT AXLE was $238.00 Crooked mark up. If I knew they were sourcing from Detroit Axle I would not dealt with AT. Buyer beware. I do believe there are laws against this fraudulant business.

I know you spoke with a sales tech to place this order and they did confirm that the Suspension would fit your TRK4 and I cannot confirm how or where he gathered this information from but I certainly do apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience this has caused you. I went ahead and texted you letting you know I pushed through the return and setup the pick up as you requested. All refunds are issued within 7-10 business days from the time FedEx scans the return. I've always had good experiences with yiu guys on every purchase. Your guy's follow up notifications on the order processing, shipping, and help service, has been on it for me. Best way I can describe, is this last purchase. I will admit it was confusing. I got the emails for "order has been processed and payment has been approved. Expect delivery within the time period (that was shown when purchasing)". To get an email that my purchase was 'out of stock' and will be pushed back (even though your website said "in stock"). Your live chat team was amazing and was able to find out what was goin on and provided the shipping information and that my purchase will be here by the original time period. For some reason your system had a hiccup and left me confused. But your team was ontop of it and extremely professional and helped to understand what was going on. Highly recommend you guys.

Cat back system purchased

While the employees are nice on the phone I am not happy with the time to resolve my issue. A cat back system was purchased but the kit was missing the muffler, clamps and tip. 2 days to come up with a resolution, then an additional 2 weeks to receive my parts is unacceptable. Parts should have been dispatched immediately after this observation. I should have ordered from Summit racing, price was cheaper and the time was in stock and would have been to my door the very next day. Needless to say I will have a lot of hesitation ordering from American Truck again.

Very disappointed

I ordered this on July 7th and was supposed to have it by July 17th. Today is July 24th and there is no record of it being shipped. You took my money on July 8th but no product. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present and no one can find my order.

I see you spoke to customer service yesterday on 7/23, and they have submitted an Estimated Ship Date ticket to the supplier. We will contact them and ask for tracking or an updated ship date since the original one has passed.
