I purchased 4 Bilstein Shccks. The put the shock boxes into larger boxes with no packing material. All the shocks arrived busted out of their factory boxes and 2 had the straps undone because of all the moving around loose. I expect better packaging for $400 worth of product.

Went online to order rotors and brake pads for my Ford F-150. Tried to checkout several times but kept getting an error. Called customer service and he helped my right out. I received the parts in 2 days. Now I'm just waiting for the weather to clear.
One part came via freight and arrived the next day. Second part shipped via FedEx and lost or damaged. FedEx cannt verify status. In my experience never ship a hundred pound item via FedEx. They'll have no interest in actually delivering it. So another project that should be done put of indefinitely. FedEx did promise resolution within two weeks. Package was shipped within the state so even more ridiculous.

Had a great experience using the website to order Bora 2in Wheel Spacers for my 2021 Ram 2500. The website was extremely user friendly, making finding the right fit easy. The vinyl stripes i ordered from you looked really nice but started peeling off after about a month.

I've been eyeing up an exhaust system for my truck for a few years now. Waiting for a good sale to happen. An open box item was available and I jumped on it, saving a good chunk of money. Exhaust shipped and arrived fast. Looking forward to installing it.

Not good my first delivery I got upper control arms there was two holes in the box I'm missing a bolt and a washer that sits on the top of the control arm I will send you pictures

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
