Did a lot of searching trying to not break the bank to put seat covers in my new F-250. Saw these and thought I would give them a try. Just received them and installed today. Seem to be great quality, look good and feel good to sit on.

I emailed today about cancelling the extended warranty. I haven't heard anything with the exception of Am Trucks saying they rec'd my email. Please follow up and make sure I get my credit. I ordered tail lights for my 2025 Denali 1500, based on what the website said would fit. I paid for overnight shipping and immediately discovered upon arrival that the wiring is not correct for my truck. I called to setup a refund and even placed a new order for a set of taillights. The new taillights fit perfectly. The issue I'm a bit concerned with is the return process. I'm still waiting on vendor review to complete a return. I've not received a return label for shipping but was told today there is a 3 business day process and the return needs to be approved. I've never heard of such a thing but will see how this plays out.

I'm sorry the DRL LED Tail Lights smoked lens did not fit your truck. I understand your concern regarding the return process but I can assure you that everything will be fine and you will receive your return label. Today marks the 3rd business day so I will keep an eye on it to ensure you do get it emailed over by the supplier. We have a few manufactures who prefer to take care of customers returns directly with the customer like this order for instance. They just like to streamline the return and utilize your photos you submitted to make sure they didn't ship something incorrectly or they can address us if the website is wrong etc. Nothing to be worried about but I can see how it is relayed to you that it can raise suspicion about having to be "approved" to return. It's more so like we just need the manufacture to take time to look into this and they send you the return label to send it back directly to them. If they do not get it done by the 3rd business day then American Trucks will take over and we will issue you the return label. In the meantime keep an eye on your email and you can always reach out to us if you have any further questions.

Easy to find, and quality is much better than the big box stores. Installed in my camping rig now and hoping to get a couple more when they are on sale again. Water tight, 3 latch and lockable. No telling what you could store in it. Very nice to sum it up.
The mirrows don't fit correct and were supposed to. The service departmemt was good and offered to return them, Promply. The only ones they do have don't have all the correct options.

Ive used yalls site before and never really had a bad experience but its crazy to me a subwoofer box that shows in stock is taking 5 plus days just to be shipped out as my order still shows processing now granted the estimated time of arrival has not passed just seems a bit crazy to take that long

Thanks for your feedback, this item is actually coming directly from the supplier to you versus shipping from one of our in house warehouses. Due to this that is the reason for the delayed delivery time and longer processing time. The estimated ship date is between 8/2-8/5. Please keep an eye on your email for the shipping confirmation once it does ship. Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
