Purchased lower control arms for my Ram TRX4 they bill me $371.00 just to find out they source from DETROIT AXLE and my price from DETROIT AXLE was $238.00 Crooked mark up. If I knew they were sourcing from Detroit Axle I would not dealt with AT. Buyer beware. I do believe there are laws against this fraudulant business.
I am so impressed by the customer service! Several times I called or chatted with someone, every single time I was treated like a valued customer! We rarely see this kind of kindness and respect these days and I was just BLOWN AWAY! 5/8 D ring shackles order for my Ford F150. Two days later they were delivered to my house. They are a heavy duty quality product.
I've always had good experiences with yiu guys on every purchase. Your guy's follow up notifications on the order processing, shipping, and help service, has been on it for me. Best way I can describe, is this last purchase. I will admit it was confusing. I got the emails for "order has been processed and payment has been approved. Expect delivery within the time period (that was shown when purchasing)". To get an email that my purchase was 'out of stock' and will be pushed back (even though your website said "in stock"). Your live chat team was amazing and was able to find out what was goin on and provided the shipping information and that my purchase will be here by the original time period. For some reason your system had a hiccup and left me confused. But your team was ontop of it and extremely professional and helped to understand what was going on. Highly recommend you guys.

While the employees are nice on the phone I am not happy with the time to resolve my issue. A cat back system was purchased but the kit was missing the muffler, clamps and tip. 2 days to come up with a resolution, then an additional 2 weeks to receive my parts is unacceptable. Parts should have been dispatched immediately after this observation. I should have ordered from Summit racing, price was cheaper and the time was in stock and would have been to my door the very next day. Needless to say I will have a lot of hesitation ordering from American Truck again.

I ordered this on July 7th and was supposed to have it by July 17th. Today is July 24th and there is no record of it being shipped. You took my money on July 8th but no product. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present and no one can find my order.

We will contact them and ask for tracking or an updated ship date since the original one has passed. Since this item is shipping directly from the supplier to you, it does take longer to process, and we have to reach out to them for updated information if they do not provide it through our internal system. Needed parts right away after another supplier failed to ship when promised. Reordered from AT and they shipped that day.
Bought a tuner paid for next day shipping order is still not shipped and it's almost end of next day. Customer service is horrible they just say your orders locked and they can't tell you anything!

I ordered my exhaust on Sunday the 19th. Website said if i order within the next 3-4 hrs i was guaranteed delivery of my package on the 21st. As of end of day today the 22nd i have not received it yet. I called today to find out issues and i was just told " sorry there was an issue". Givin no reasonable answer. Im just a LITTLE upset with anxiety. Do t like waiting till last minute. Especially when your guaranteed something by a certain time.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I know you spoke with a sales tech to place this order and they did confirm that the Suspension would fit your TRK4 and I cannot confirm how or where he gathered this information from but I certainly do apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience this has caused you.
