When I made my order it said both items were in stock. I got my confirmation email with the we are preparing your order. I had called the day earlier and spoke with customer service to verify this would work with a 4x4 for the center hump mat, and it was confirmed it would. I took the time to let my husband know that it would work and we decided to order the next day. So, item in stock when I spoke to customer service, item in stock when I made the order according to the website, and now I receive an email telling me it is out of stock and it will be mid August before I get the items. I call that trash customer service. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this review is deserved. Communication with your customers is very important. I made partial purchase decision to buy this because you had both parts I needed "In Stock", the middle hump and the front mats. I understand that I can cancel but this is the pet peeve on that. I paid out of my bank account directly, not a regular credit card, so I have already had that money taken from my account. Therefore, if I decide to cancel I have to wait for the money to be returned to me, and I have to pay again out of my account. So, double ding until I get the refund for the first order. This is not how you do customers and keep them.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I'm sorry for the $25.00 oversize fee that was charged on your purchase for the Fender Flares. This is a Fee that FedEx charges based on the item size or weight. I can confirm that you where not charged shipping at all your order qualified for the free shipping over $149.00 so the $25.00 oversize fee was all that was applied since that is excluded from the promotion.
