They seem to be one of the only places I can find and purchase the type of rubber weather strip I'm needing for my truck. However, upon my package being delivered I realised I was sent a suspension strut instead of the desired item I was seeking. Not sure how a mistake like that could be made but I suppose it happens. I'm not too happy about it but hopefully they will make the return and replacement quick and easy. This was my first experience with this company and looked forward to future business but at this point I'm hesitant.
I always get great service and the sales team have always been there to make sure if I'm having trouble they resolve it quickly.

Absolutely shocked with the delivery! Everything was absolutely amazing. Fast shipping item was taken care of drivers communication was outstanding. As a customer i was very impressed how fast everything took place in a orderly fashion way.
I bought a set of headlights and fog lights and fog lights didn't fit properly and 1 didn't work at all out of the box. Headlights fit better but have a major flickering issue. Tried to return and website they have you go through is malfunctioning and won't load the necessary information to process a refund or return. Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone but the better business bureau. Will not be giving away anymore money to this business.

As soon as those photos are uploaded a return label will be emailed to you. If for some reason you do not receive the photo link you can use the customer portal which is orders.americantrucks.com. I also refunded you the expedited shipping you paid for considering the items where defective. My experience was incredible! I was offered faster shipping which was true it's almost to my house(within 3 days). Plus they said expect some free goodies not sure what it could be but I'm more than thankful for the offer. I received my exhaust on 5/2/25 with the hope of getting it installed over the weekend only to find the muffler was missing I had to take pictures and send for review all I want is what I paid! They got my money but I didn't get my parts.

Overall good. Quick delivery. Strange why you don't just sell the tie down without the backing plate. Original Ford backing plate is thicker steel, so the locking tie down won't just easily install. Had to remove the original plates and install yours.
Broke after one day! Closed and open the tail gate no more then three times and broke. Was working fine before that don't know what happened.
I ordered 4 wheels from the website and when the wheels came in they weren't the wheels that were displayed on the site. I read the full description and it even said they were one piece aluminum wheels. The wheels I received were basic steel wheels. Now, the lady I initially spoke with was super helpful and was right on top of getting the problem resolved; the problem is the gentleman I was transferred to basically said there's nothing they can do about falsely advertising the wheel on the website and really made it sound like it was my fault. Mind you, I read the full description about the wheel on the page that was showing the wheel I was under the impression I was getting. If this were my fault I would 100% take full responsibility, but the fact that the wheel displayed was not the one that was sold to me and then to play it off like "oh well, here's this other set that's $800 more" is unacceptable. The worst part is I went up a size in diameter and also ordered lug nuts for aluminum wheels and also ordered tires that will not go on my factory wheels, so I will be getting tires I can't use and have 32 lug nuts I can't use. I'm gonna give them time to review my return and give them a chance to rectify the situation; but if it is not resolved properly I will not be using them again. And I've even sent multiple people their way because I thought I was dealing with a legitimate company. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is the fisrt lady I spoke with and the fact that the day I ordered I was having problems with my account and the customer service chat was top notch. I also added a photo of the wheel advertised on their website and the wheel I received.

We just bought a 2025 Colorado my husband uses it for work but we wanted it to still look professional so we bought the bed cover and for me being disabled it was a little high for me to get in and out so running boards with 4 inch step is perfect. The ease of installation and the quality of product is exceptional. So happy we bought these and just look at her she is beautiful now all decked out.
Be aware if you order anything from American trucks they will harass you with endless emails and phone calls. When you ask to be removed from their email list they will lie to you and point you to some non-existent "unsubscribe" link. If you call them and are able to talk to a person you will be disconnected. It seems they do business just like scammers and try to intimidate people to do business with them.

I know that I ordered the open box product, but you guys sent me the visors with no protection over the adhesive part that sticks to the window therefore it was all stuck to the box it came in. So obviously it ruined all the sticky part.

The lug nuts appear to be of reasonable quality and were installed without issue. However, as a former mechanic and engineer I was concerned that there was no torque specification provided. The OEM nuts are to be torqued to 150 Ft-lbs per Ford. An internet search found the manufacturer of after-market nuts calling for 95 Ft-lbs. I torqued these to 150 Ft-lbs without issue, but American Trucks should be hunting down this info and providing it to their customers.
Ordered my part by the dealer part number, it was an easy install and fit just like the OEM part. Ordered the part and one week later but 2 days before expected part was delivered and was a perfect match
Paid extra for 1 day shipping 3 days ago and haven't received my order. If you can't make it happen, don't offer it and ask for extra money.
The Rep was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend as one blue collar guy to another ……
Ordering any product through this company is very easy and the product arrives very quickly. I only wish the product came exactly the way it is depicted in the picture when ordering. But I can address this with the company directly.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I can assure you that we will get this taken care of and get your Front Door Weatherstrip Seal sent out. As soon as you upload photos within a few minutes you should receive your fed ex return label. Once that incorrect item is dropped off with fed ex and they scan it your replacement is released within 24 hours.
