Ordering any product through this company is very easy and the product arrives very quickly. I only wish the product came exactly the way it is depicted in the picture when ordering. But I can address this with the company directly.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven't received my order yet. Customer service agent Shonda was great! She found the exact information I was looking for that a few other agents could not. Provided all the information is needed to make my decision to purchase the redrock bed rack.

I ordered 12 tires, subtotal was 2866 paid 3017 after taxes. A couple hours later American trucks made an unauthorized charge for 866 to my card. If the sale couldn't be honored that is fine but call me before charging my card a second time. I called to resolve it and it was not resolved I have to wait for someone else to contact me?
Parts are of good quality however band clamps were too big so once they were compressed all the way it would not secure the new exhaust to the existing. Had to go to my local parts store for separate clamps. Directions for install weren't horrible but could be better. This was not the cheapest option I found for my truck but went with one a little more pricey hoping these things wouldn't happen. To top it off once everything was installed I was not happy with how my truck sounded. Probably going to have to go with a full exhaust system so I guess this was a waste of $200.

I purchased the flashpaq f5 thinking I would be able to take it out of the box and start using it. Boy was I wrong. Once you receive the tuner you have to download a app to a computer to update your new purchase because why would it be updated straight out of the box considering you just spent 500 dollars on it. I myself do not own a computer so after seeing you need to update it before use i messaged one of the techs at American trucks to ask what to do. Chan b told me i would be able to use ut even though i did not have a computer which is incorrect. After a conversation with another tech I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to call BAMA. I ended up finding a person with a laptop I could use and tried following the instructions but guess what the instructions are outdated and the app ignition they say to download does not exist anymore. Now you have to download download agent or something to that affect. Once I figured out where and how to download that I was able to update the tuner and it worked fine. My opinion spend to money and go to a tuning shop this product is not ready to use striaght out of the box and difficult to figure out how to update considering the instructions are no longer valid. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never buy another product from American trucks. Plus they spam your inbox I get multiple emails daily.

Bought a seat cover for my 2013 Silverado 1500 and the color was not close to what I need. Was told it was not returnable.

Finally got it in. The rubber gromet for the sensor needs the hole a little bigger. The angle on the cold air box was about 3 degrees off, had to really work to get the pipe to slide on. The statement in the directions stated that "it's a tight fit" is a massive understatement! Overall i am pleased with the look, sound and the extra performance! Most of all the $$$$!

Placed order 3 days ago still hasn't shipped i don't know how I could possibly give a review as I haven't even recieved a tracking number
I ordered on the 18th and it is the 22nd and it still hasn't shipped. Website claims it will ship on the 25th. Very slow processing!

My order was canceled because I have a PO box. It did not say that anywhere when I places the order. And what I ordered will fit in a regular sized envelope. If you can't deliver to a PO Box don't allow it to be entered on an order form.

We do not ship to PO Box's which can be found under our FAQ articles on the website. Your payment method that was used is PayPal and unfortunately with PayPal, Apple pay and Affirm we are unable to edit the address or make any modifications to the order. I bought an armrest for my 2500 Chevy and when it got here the clip was broken. I've spent three days trying to get the pictures of it to upload on your return page. I couldn't make it happen. Frustrating. So I just bought a new clip and I'm out $25.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
