You can tell a lot about a company by the way they treat their customers and frankly American Trucks has failed miserably!
On August 4th, I ordered a set of Timbrens for my truck with the understanding that I would have them in plenty of time to relocate my travel trailer scheduled for August 16th. Here it is now August 12th and my original order is apparently lost in South Carolina so I reached out to your Customer Service Department and ended up speaking with Chan B. I told him of my situation and the fact that your website advertises 2-3day shipping which is now nothing but a joke! I asked Chan to correct the extended delay by shipping me the replacement items via overnight mail and he had a chance to do the right thing and make a customer happy but he chose not to do it and just offered to start a new order and hopefully it would arrive to me in time. What a total failure on his and American Trucks part……the customer service is horrible and I will be sure to let as many people know.
I know the powers to be in the Company will probably pay no attention to this review which again is a real shame. Everyone has truck parts for sale and the only real differentiation is how you treat your customer base, which you do not do a good job! Maybe the Better Business Bureau is right by not rating your company! I know I will never order another thing from you in the future, there are just too many other options out there.

I work for an HVAC company and we received a 2025 F 150 recently. Long story short... I was not there to receive the truck when it was dropped off at our shop. After getting it wrapped I noticed the third brake light housing was cracked and since we did not catch it in time, they told me it was not there problem anymore and I was going to have to fix it myself. (I made sure the wrap company did not do it as well.) I recently put some Morimoto fog lights in my personal Tundra and I love them. When I searched for a factory replacement it was around $500 for a halogen third brake light. But you guys had the Morimoto for around $250 so naturally I went with that. The light looks amazing and the LED's are just a way better light source in my opinion. The light showed up within a few days of me ordering it and the truck is looking better than it did from the factory. Took me 5 mins to install. Took original off, put the gasket on, connected the new wiring harness and then screwed the new light in. I will say the factory light has 4 screws holding it in but the new light only takes 2 screws. But the supplied gasket makes sure it will not have a leak into the cab. My warehouse guys were giving me a hard time because I wanted everyone to see how cool this light was. Great product and 10 out of 10 would recommend.
