1. Terrible you sent a set with a label stating they will not pass inspection why not state that with the items you sell.
2. Not what we discussed or I believe I ordered, as a matter of fact, I still get emails stating they are in my cart? Why because I ordered them?
3. Return guys are ok and make it easy but no one can get your order correct and send you what you tell them. Horrible experience! Still waiting for sales to return my call 6 hours later!

I'm sorry that the lights you were sold would not pass inspection in the state where you reside. I see these lights are now discontinued. It looks like when we set up the return for a refund, you were transferred to sales, so I apologize if the phone call disconnected or if the sales tech advised they would return your call. I had trouble with a 45.00 return for 6 months. Eric (a supervisor) finally resolved it and sent me a new set of roof marker lights for my Ram 3500. As a result, I placed an order with Dan for over 2,000.00 dollars. Dan was great! He was knowledgeable, found the part numbers I needed, steered me around to better choices and followed up. You need more guys like Dan. He's now helping me prepare another vehicle for off-roading.
Ordering the part was fine and talking to a representative on the phone to fix my email was very good. But the mirror was delivered with a few scratches on the outer shell. Was not pleased with that. But I had to install the mirror because I need a vehicle

We had ordered a grill, it didn't fit, but that's not the story, the story is, we returned it and got a full refund, found a customer service person who helped us find the grill that would fit and looked great... we love the selection and the product line for our 2012 Ram, 2500..
I find these guys to be very easy to work with. They are always right on top of things, whether you have a question or just there to be helpful. Got my order super fast.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
