I ordered a Headache Rack yesterday, and did not notice the fact that it requires an installation kit. Yes, it is lucky that I caught the mistake just one day later, and order the part to complete the installation, but it's also doubled the cost. Not real happy.

Hello I just received the window and door trims to black out our new Tahoe. When I opened the box the black trims had no packaging or bubble wrap. All the trim pieces are very badly scratched and rubbed. There no way I would put these on a brand new vehicle. Please make it right and send me new ones that will not get damaged.

I ordered a decal saying super duty and I've been waiting 9 days so far and the tracking says there's an issue. I expected this to be within 3 days especially coming from New York and going to Connecticut. I paid $27 with shipping included for a decal coming from USPS and still nothing. My luck is that the decal coming it's nothing like I expected. Not impressed

I have ordered many parts in the past from American Trucks with 100 percent satisfaction.
(The issue didn't pertain to this order) The guy that took my order was good. The other person I talked to about a different order was good, but the person she had to go to was horrible. I ordered a part, and they sent the wrong one, so I'm out $ 350. I ordered another part for $ 2k, and you would think they would be willing to help out. Nope.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
