Just wanted to add my tax exemption and after 3 days of emails and phone calls and hassle I still ended up paying taxes just to get my order here. Of course I get another call 10mins later saying oh its in there now. Since then I've gotten another 3-4 emails a day and a text to give me an invoice for something I'd already bought at a different price. No one has this kind of time or patience when stores and Amazon still exist.
So far I have ordered a couple of items and returned a couple of stuff to get the right products. The support team is great and will help you find the right item if you need it

Horrible why should I have to pay for a return service? It's almost as much as the part when you guys screwed up what you sent me I'm not even getting half of what it cost me back. That's terrible service. I will never shop with you guys again.

I was frustrated that there was no information regarding mat thickness in all of the descriptions. I found the information in product reviews.
Ordered 1 Hankook 37x12.50R17 for $430 as a spare tire for my truck on 03/20/2026. Once the tire was received, I went to the tire shop to have it installed. The shop manager walked out and told me he felt uneasy installing the tire as it was 5 years old. I told the manager I didn't appreciate buying a 5 year old tire for that price and had it returned. So there I was, walking a tire through Walgreens in order to drop it off to FedEx. American Trucks stated they'd send me another, and when asked if they were going to send a new tire they replied they would. Eventually, I received a "new" return tire that was also 5 years old. I'm out a month of my time and patience with this company. I even had a representative call me and claim they would make the issue right, but in the end after all the trouble I'm just getting my money back. This is not the first run in I have had with return items from this company and I will not bring my business back. Ladies and gentlemen, check your date codes, this is a safety issue.

Called about a part and he couldnt find it at first but spent the time searching and found it, treated me with respect, not like a idiot. Im a mechanic so know what im talking about and they treated me like that. Shipping cost spot on and shipped fast.

The bed cover I had ordered was the wrong size and the details of returning it by freight were not an option at time of purchase. Once I realize this error, I contacted the company and they said it could not be returned. However, when the bed cover showed up, it was severely damaged from transit, I didn't expect anything, but I did contact them to let them know how about the box was damaged. They made it right and had it picked up and returned. Because of them going the extra mile and making it right after receiving damaged product, I am buying another correct size truck bed cover from them. The first two items I have purchased from them the bed box and mat have been amazing.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
