I assure you that we did not remove any funds for this product, as we do not charge until it actually ships from our in-house warehouse. There was an authorization charge placed on the funds, but normally that falls off within 3 business days, depending on your bank. I ordered a catalytic converter for my ford. The flange that mounts to the exhaust manifold did not fit. However, American Trucks made it easy to return. No hastles so far. Haven't received the credit yet. (Don't think y'all received the return yet)

Was told "open box" item was like new, never installed and all parts included. Well it was installed, missing parts and instructions.

I see that online it was advertised as Used: Very Good, previously installed, and no hardware was included, so I'm sorry if something was misleading or if you were told something else. We do allow returns for open box products within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we have no way to provide you with missing hardware or installation since open box items are limited stock and sold "As Is." However, I have issued you promotional credit to use towards another order online or over the phone. If you need additional assistance, please chat or call us at your earliest convenience.

We have a customer portal at orders.americantrucks.com where you can find tracking information, estimated ship dates, and much more. Regarding the item, it has 4 bolts compared to your original that had 3. We advertise and show that this fits 2016-2018 Silverado 1500 models. I see in the customer photos that some have a 2016 model and one has a 2018 model, and they both fit. Therefore, I cannot confirm if you have something else going on, but I did submit a product data ticket to have the fitment reviewed. In the meantime, if you need anything else, please let us know.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
