I received my running boards on time and they were as promised except for missing some necessary hardware. I was short 4 nylock nuts and had to make a trip to my local hardware store to buy replacements. Everything fit as promised and the total installation took about 2 1/2 hours. Not too bad for an old man and his wife as my helper.

The products I purchased shipped quickly. I also used the connect install for scheduling and that went smoothly. The install was a little pricey for the difficulty level, although Barney Brothers did a great job, the part looks really good on the truck.

Check out pages were confusing. After going to "cart" check out and enter shipping information, the button to advance in the process said "continue shopping".
Item purchased was "open box" and discounted price. I expected marred finish and or missing hardware. Actually the main attaching bracket need forcefull tweaking to fit properly. Apparently it was not properly set up in the jig when welded together.
Once I got the unit mounted properly, I do like the function of this retractable step on my 2016 F150.
