I ordered a pair of Bilstein shocks that was open box. There was just minor scratches on them. They were $49 a piece. Well, I received one of them today, but not the other. I contacted customer service and they weren't helpful whatsoever. They told me that the 2nd one I ordered wasn't in inventory. Why was I able to ORDER it if it's NOT IN THE INVENTORY?!?! Customer service rep would/ could only give me my money back (which hasn't happened yet) and give me a $10 code in an email, which, according to other reviews, won't work anyway. Instead of making it right with their customers, they would rather crap on them? Not a good way to run a business. I will never order from them again, and I suggest that you don't either. I hope this review helps in your decision.

I purchased BACKRACK headache rack it came damaged seems to be good quality. It does not come with mounting bracket those cost an extra $200. My opinion it should come ready to bolt on.

I've been lining up things that I planned to buy for my 2010 Dodge Ram for months now and the experience of finding what I've been looking for has been great. The front fender trim doesn't work as shown in the instructions. I originally thought the trim pieces were wrong but after some modifications and disregarding the instruction I got it to work.
