Order a $1600 tonneau cover. Arrived and it will not fit. Customer service stated they sent the wrong one, the one I ordered was correct. I offered to ship it back and have them send me the correct item I paid for. I was transferred from rep to rep, for a total of almost TWO HOURS. They asked for pictures of the 2 boxes it came in, with sku numbers, pics showing it will not fit, etc. Sent all the pictures they requested and 2 days later still waiting for them to "review" the pictures. WTH? At this point I just want to return it and buy the same thing elsewhere since this experience has been a nightmare. Also, I ordered another item from them after this and am wondering if it is even going to be what I ordered. Terrible customer service.

I love that you're speaking to someone right here in America and they're always helpful. The products I've ordered are delivered quickly and are exactly as advertised.
Purchase and catelog are great. Product (Bumper step) is great however I thought it would be more heavy duty
It would of been nice to get a discount on the tires and wheels but I was not offered any.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering the catch, can because I wasn't sure if I could install it or not myself, but after watching the video, I was fully confident I could do it. It installed very very quickly and easily without any problems whatsoever. It arrived ahead of my expectations, and I was very excited about the quality of the product. The hoses snapped on very quickly and were the perfect with length for my 2016 F150 3.5 L eco-boost. I also appreciated the decals included in the box as well as the five dollar voucher online. I am sure I will make many more purchases. I am extremely pleased.
