I appreciate the speedy resolution on my order I am impressed I ordered shocks front and back for my truck and the orders came quickly the front set were fine but one of the rear shocks was wrong so I contacted them and they told me to take pictures so I did and they said I should here back in three days and I received my response in a day that I could return the shock that wasn't right so I took it right to FedEx they scan the bar code and took the package so I figured it would take a bit before they sent the right one but I received a email a day later saying that my shock would be delivered to me and it was and it was correct and they gave me a 20.00 credit to use on my next order. Great service
They make it look easy in instr. But there is no room and very difficult to put bolt plates into frame. I had some wire bolt pullers from prior hitches I had purchased so I threaded them up from frame to outside brackets threaded two onto bolt plate and pulled them through into frame holes, much easier.
Added a K&N cold air filter, and Jet Air flow. The air duck made a huge difference in performance. Thanks so much for the amazing aftermarket products and easy to follow how to do videos.
Ordered a truck safe, paid a premium and the service was lazy at best. Trying again with this order and we will see if the 1st was a fluke or if this is the last item I ever buy from this company

I go to online store, purchase an item, waited for several (and I mean several) days just to get an email saying that what I purchased was not in stock and not sure when it would be, is it so hard to list the item as out of stock so the consumer (me) dont sit there waiting for an item that's not coming, coulda bought elsewhere. Here's a thought, when you don't have an item, then mark it as such. Thanks for the waste of time

I had plans on buying this later on, but after my purchase of mudflaps from red rock, I realize that my partial fender liner was not going to work. There is no description of needing it or anything in the explanation papers or comments. I'm not disappointed in the product. I'm more disappointing. The fact that there was a proper explanation from American trucks. This was required.
Ordered some open box headlights and received taillights instead. Could have returned for store credit but decided to keep them. I worked it out with American Trucks and they did me right, No issues with them, they seem to work hard to make their customers happy.
Was a little disappointed. First time ordering. And they offer 2 day shipping for an extra fee. Which I chose and the item isn't going to arrive for 5-6 days.

Web site easy to navigate. First contact with sales representative was very possitive. After placing order there was questions on what exactly was included in the "kit". Turns out the picture on the web site is incorrect, heat shields are not included. There was also questions on core charges and returns. This is not clear, will let you know how that goes.
Easy web site to shop. Prices were fair. I just ordered a chase rack and decals and now I will wait to see what condition they arrive in. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase experience.
Saw this safe on a couple sites but you beat them by 10.00 and free shipping in four days. Most secure safe I could find and not readily available on all sites like the typical garden variety. This bullet proof safe with double access capabilities is the best on the market and you make it available with the best deal.

When I got my shipment I only open packages and didn't take out the bearings to find out the day be of installation the left sensor wire was cut in half. I then reused my old one. So the inspector did not check the product before shipping. Not a full 5 star.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
