Something being sold in "very good" condition shouldn't be broken when it arrives. Also you would think it would be shipped in a plastic bag but nope, just thrown in a box with 4 scraps of brown paper. The housings of the lights hit eachother in transit and arrived with big pieces of plastic chipped off the edges. I found numerous little chunks of it in the bottom of the box. Glad I tested the waters with these before giving this company $2200 for headlights. $100 or $500 the products shouldn't be unusable. Paid for working, usable tail lights, got broken tail lights.

Ordered tuner for truck still hadn't arrived or shipped nor can they give me answer when it will.They said it approved then sent email asking have I received item or not and when I called they say it hasn't even shipped

I made several major purchases recently on the website. One of the smallest ones for $379 was canceled by American Trucks and I found out by e-mail. All my other orders shipped with no issues. The e-mail told me to call for assistance which I did. Robert in customer service couldn't tell me why it was canceled and told me I could, "place the order again online or go somewhere else." That is not customer service. I asked for a supervisor and he refused and eventually hung up on me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AMERICAN TRUCKS AGAIN! I am sharing my experience in all of the truck groups online that I belong to.

This was an easy swap out and perfect match for my truck. The horns work great.

I order brake and tail lights for my truck as suggested by the technician. I paid for faster delivery and guess what? My product was never delivered. They dropped the ball and all of the managers did care about the incident including Nuno the supervisor. They really should not invest in some manager training and escalation procedures to avoid the customer from continued to be inconvenienced while they figure out who dropped the ball. I can't put a picture of the product because it was not delivered. When a company gets too big, they forget about the customers that helped them get to their financial success. Buyer be warned

I have ordered several parts through this company and it is always an issue with the parts. One part came with missing hardware. One part broke while insulation. Because the box was an opened item I had to order a whole new part. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday but it has not arrived and now they are saying Monday. Then all you offer me is store credit of $10. I have found that all your parts are the same as Amazon, cheap and Chinese. But at least they don't disguise themselves as "American Trucks". I know you don't care but you lost yourself a customer
