I call to see if they had the product I was looking for because what I'd ordered prior from another site had to be returned because it was the wrong part. After talking to Garret, it was brought to me I was doing the wrong search and given the wrong information. He directed me to the correct product quickly. The wheel spacers arrived quickly and the buying experience was smooth. Unfortunately, they didn't fit over the rear axle hub of my 2024 F250 Super Duty, even though the website listed them as compatible. I trusted the fitment info and tossed the boxes before trying them on, so I can't return them now. Disappointing outcome for what otherwise seemed like a good transaction.
Worked for about an hour trying to get the fog lights installed, just to find out that the wrong items were shipped. The only reason I gave two stars is because they shipped me the correct ones fairly quick and the headlights I ordered are very nice for the price.

The people have been excellent to work with but the shipping not great. Wrong part sent, lost package, products being sent in previously opened (re-taped) boxes.
Called 3 different times about getting glossy black bars and got 3 different answers but finally got the glossy black bars myself. Grrr
Purchased a 2026 GMC last week. I purchased window and hood wind deflectors. I received quick shipping and perfect fit. I initially attempted to install the hood deflector and was not installing the clips correctly. After watching a video, I learned the correct way. Great experience.
Received my front and rear brake kit today for an '21 Chevy Silverado. Opened the boxes and discovered one brake sensor missing in the rear kit. S/B two sensors.
Instead of just sending one sensor to me, I must return the entire kit. I've started the RMA procedure but will have to wait for a replacement kit. This is NOT efficient with my time. In the future I will not be doing business again with American Truck. I'd give ZERO stars review but that is not a prompt.

I think for the price of 270 including taxes, it was to much, and the dual intake lines doesn't like up well. I had to fight a tweak and it's till not sitting well. Something is wrong with the way it's welded by the manufacturer 🙄

I appreciate the speedy resolution on my order I am impressed I ordered shocks front and back for my truck and the orders came quickly the front set were fine but one of the rear shocks was wrong so I contacted them and they told me to take pictures so I did and they said I should here back in three days and I received my response in a day that I could return the shock that wasn't right so I took it right to FedEx they scan the bar code and took the package so I figured it would take a bit before they sent the right one but I received a email a day later saying that my shock would be delivered to me and it was and it was correct and they gave me a 20.00 credit to use on my next order. Great service
They make it look easy in instr. But there is no room and very difficult to put bolt plates into frame. I had some wire bolt pullers from prior hitches I had purchased so I threaded them up from frame to outside brackets threaded two onto bolt plate and pulled them through into frame holes, much easier.
Added a K&N cold air filter, and Jet Air flow. The air duck made a huge difference in performance. Thanks so much for the amazing aftermarket products and easy to follow how to do videos.
Ordered a truck safe, paid a premium and the service was lazy at best. Trying again with this order and we will see if the 1st was a fluke or if this is the last item I ever buy from this company

I go to online store, purchase an item, waited for several (and I mean several) days just to get an email saying that what I purchased was not in stock and not sure when it would be, is it so hard to list the item as out of stock so the consumer (me) dont sit there waiting for an item that's not coming, coulda bought elsewhere. Here's a thought, when you don't have an item, then mark it as such. Thanks for the waste of time

I had plans on buying this later on, but after my purchase of mudflaps from red rock, I realize that my partial fender liner was not going to work. There is no description of needing it or anything in the explanation papers or comments. I'm not disappointed in the product. I'm more disappointing. The fact that there was a proper explanation from American trucks. This was required.
Ordered some open box headlights and received taillights instead. Could have returned for store credit but decided to keep them. I worked it out with American Trucks and they did me right, No issues with them, they seem to work hard to make their customers happy.
Was a little disappointed. First time ordering. And they offer 2 day shipping for an extra fee. Which I chose and the item isn't going to arrive for 5-6 days.

Web site easy to navigate. First contact with sales representative was very possitive. After placing order there was questions on what exactly was included in the "kit". Turns out the picture on the web site is incorrect, heat shields are not included. There was also questions on core charges and returns. This is not clear, will let you know how that goes.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
