The intercooler arrived with 1 ear broken off in transport, some cooling fins smooshed, & 1 cooling tube dented in - the packaging needs to be improved so the intercooler remains secured inside the box - maybe band or shrink wrap the top & bottom cushions to the intercooler so they don't come Ioose & allow damage to occur. I didn't contact American Trucks about the damage - I decided to weld the broken ear back on, ignor the dented tube & straightened the cooling fins as best I could. I'm happy with the purchase & fitment. If the damage had been worse I would have contacted American Trucks & I'm confident that they would have corrected it satisfactorily.
Ordered my new grille and was to my door in just a couple days and very easy to deal with great customer service
Had what I needed at a fair price, the only thing I dislike is that the bumper I received didn't have cutouts for my led license plate lights.
I installed the lights just like the video shows. They went in OK but when I used them the left one was perfect but the right one hyper flashed. I call and American Trucks is sending me a new set. I hope the new set is going to work.
The lens color matched well, one of the screw holes were a fraction off but still fit well. Very satisfied, saved a lot of money by not ordering from a dealership.
