When I got my shipment I only open packages and didn't take out the bearings to find out the day be of installation the left sensor wire was cut in half. I then reused my old one. So the inspector did not check the product before shipping. Not a full 5 star.

The product I ordered indicated it would fit, and it doesn't fit because it does not have the necessary clips to clip the product into place. Very disappointing and will be returning.

Several days ago, I placed an order five minutes after placing that order I called to cancel after finding out that the steps were made of plastic. The agent I spoke with at the times that they should have a canceled in a few minutes and receive the confirmation. The end of that day I called back in the order has still not canceled nor had it shipped according to that agent. Still not having been resolved I called again second day. I spoke with a very nice young lady. They assured me that she didn't taken care of and call her emailed me back later that day. I however never did even call or come back so I called again the third day as of this time, the order has still not been canceled nor has it shipped. I can say when absolute positivity that I will not be ordering other steps that I wanted through this company.

I recently put this on my 2022 ram2500 to replace an existing one. The product is durable, easy to install and best of all I know it will last. I had one of these on my last truck for 6 years and still no leaks. So if you're in the market I would recommend it. Installation only took 45 minutes to remove existing one and install the new proven ground tonneau cover. Looks great, adjustable track, so you can set the tension as needed.
I ordered 4 new shocks but one is definitely a rebuilt with smaller barrel. I want a new rear shock not a cheap rebuilt. When I checked the items and contacted the Mobil number given to me to call if I needed help there was no response. Your quality control and assistance is really poor. You lost a customer before I even started with your company.
You made be change my plans to leave Monday. Now I am waiting on you to make my order right in a timely fashion. Since I can't even get a phone call back my trust in your company really sucks.

Both of my chrome capped mirrors were scratched, and in one place started to peel. I followed the instructions prepped the old chrome caps and using the adhesion promoter provided put the new caps on over the old chrome and they look absolutely perfect on both mirrors.

Very disappointed in my experience with my purchase 😠i have sent back 4 cold air intakes first two had the wrong coupling the third was wrong filter the fourth had the wrong box for breather cover. Installed it last step was the cover wrong 😕 there is definitely something wrong with whom ever packaged these products

MY 2010 f150 HAD TO SPEND THE LAST 5 YEARS OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE IT USUALLY WAS PARKED IN AND THE FENDERS ARE STARTING TO GET ROUGH. I recently had an issue with the a quality of a cervini hood for my 2013 ford f250 that i had ordered through American Trucks. American trucks only sells the hood, cervini makes them. Cervini absolutely dropped the ball on this. From pinholes in the fiberglass everywhere to issues with the hood mounting and corners that were split/sharp instead of round and so much more. American Trucks stepped up big time. They assisted me and gave me a refund on part of the amount of the hood and took care of me for the additional expense of the hood that had to be repaired in order to be painted. I very much appreciate it and will continue to use them for future items!
Ordered a cold air intake for my f250, received a WeatherGuard trunk floor mat instead. Called to complain, they advised me under this "special circumstance" they would release my replacement part for shipping (that should have originally been delivered instead of the floormat) before receiving the wrong item they shipped me. I dropped off the return at fed ex same day I received the package. American trucks has still not shipped my original cold air intake, after I've dropped off and fed ex has received the Return package and it is in transit. No sympathy or care for customer, I Would not recommend buying truck parts and personally will not be a returning customer.

The order 8-******* came and the product box inside the shipping box was damaged and the item inside was of inferior quality. Cheep plastic components where metal should have been used. The Cleats were assembeled to the bases before the paint was dry so it near impossible to seperate them. After I was able by force to seperate them the baint below was dmaged.

Never ordered from AT before. They had what I needed, clearance lights lenses for a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 4-whl dr 5.9 DEISEL.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
