I love how you look parts you want up easy to do fast and precise but it takes way to long for standard delivery. It took 11 days to get one item.

Searched several websites. Needed parts on Saturday. This website stated I had 4 hours left to get it by Saturday. Ordered it. Money out of my account next day. Saturday? Sunday? Marco from chat website said parts left same day they have no control of where shipper goes and delivery is only an estimate. So why have a clock saying you have to order before this time to get it by Saturday. Was I supposed to schedule shipping with the carrier? Parts left PA same day order placed Went to TN. Then TX. Still in TX. I'm in OH. Still no parts. WTH? My time is valuable. Only have certain days to work on my son's truck or other family vehicles every month. Thanks for the lies and just another example of poorly managed American company ethics.

I've bought quite a few things from y'all the only thing that would make things easier is if yall put the classic slt Ram 1500 in y'all's lineup to choose from
Great product description and painless checkout. There was even a problem with my delivery address and they contacted me directly and got it straightened out and still got my product on time, Great customer service.
Delivery was very quick, this was a gift for my dad so being able to get it quick was a life saver. I was even able to rap the present same day it was delivered. 10/10 experience.
A little disappointed in the shipper, there is a large hole in the box, hopefully no damage to grill guard I have not opened the box yet because it's a Christmas gift I will certainly follow up after.
Job was very easy with little mechanical skills, took about 4 hours and didn't even have to pull the fan shroud out to remove the old radiator unlike all the videos say.

Returned the item lost money but I got some store credit. Maybe the part I need will be available for my application.
