Bought tpms sensors for my truck they don't work to return them they want me to take pictures send them to them and then they will get back to me they were installed 12/13/23. They do this hoping the customer will say screw it.
Received an item I decided I didn't want to go with. Set up a return to have the money refunded to my card. They did a store credit instead. I called to get everything figured out and refunded instead of a credit. I've now received a late fee and interest on an item I don't even have because of the mess.

So far so good but is a Christmas gift so hopefully when we open the box everything is good
I haven't installed them yet, but the shipping was fast. And the boxes for the struts were pretty shabby looking, and the springs looked like they've been installed, removed, and returned. Idk, it may just be from being treated rough during shipping, the boxes were taped up excessively too.

Good product at a decent price with quick, cheap shipping. Highly recommend!
Shipping was on time and the lights are very bright and installed easily
Customer service through process was great only reason I gave 2 stars. I received my package and was missing hardware. No biggie cause they refunded enough to but new hardware and also the part was supposed to be able to be used with stock hardware. Pulled off stock track bar and substantial size difference in bushings. Ended up being sent wrong part. Was going to return for new part but exchange process would take to long and had to just order a new part instead directly through manufacturer as it provided me option for expedited shipping that would get it to me sooner as I have rental until truck is fixed and the issue already cost me an extra 2 days at least. Not sure if I will be going through american trucks again as I am a first time customer to website.

Easy to order and a good product. The products a very easy to work with and instructions are complete.
I'm happy with the customer service. You can do everything online. Had to return something because it did not fit my truck and the return was simple.
I will definitely order from this company again. I have not use the product yet for it as a gift for my sons truck for Christmas. If the product is good quality, he's going to love it.
