Replacing the tow mirrors with regular mirrors on my GMC Sierra. I first ordered a set without talking to a sales tech. Mistake. Wrong mirrors. Called and spoke to Ryan - the experience was amazing. Helped me get the right mirrors ordered for the truck and it was very personable and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Don't ever go to AI!

Ive ordered a few parts from this place an their shipping is super fast and reliable i always get my stuff in 2-4 days and they have very many options of everything.
The first pair of headlights were described as scratches and scuffs only, never used. Comes in with a mounting point cracked from a previous use and the DRL bars are electronically dead. Guess we failed to do an electrical check and the broken mounting point is god knows what right. Open box order number two. Ordered a pair of Morimoto XB, the ones with the quad protectors. Sent me a pair of open box morimoto XB hybrids with open box style damage at the price which they are sold new. They have duel projectors so im not sure how we got that wrong. Am buying a third pair now, so maybe 3rd times the charm. I've never had a single open box issue that required a return ever. Now ive had two in a row. So here is to hoping this next pair is it.

This website is easy to navigate and more informative than others, I found what I was looking for on another site for the same price but they did not have the the information that you have. Also from past experience with your site I knew you have great service and fast shipping.
Packaged arrived in great shape in a wooden crate. All the necessary parts and tools were present. My only complaint is the instructions were about as helpful as 3D glasses on a blind man. It would be great if there were an instructional video on the product page. Searching for a model-specific video was fruitless. Other than that, once installed it looks and works great. Track is very smooth and easily latches in place.
Tip: When it comes time to attach the rails to the canister you should lay down parallel to the side you are working on. You really need to keep a close eye on how the arm holes align with the canister holes.
This was my first order and it was pretty smooth. My only issue once verified as a veteran I did not see any discount apply at check out!

This is a great experience for me. It was so easy from the tips in my fingers and paying and receiving outstanding product. Excellent service.
Everything went as expected except I did not receive an email confirmation and when I log back in it is very confusing where to find and then open your order(s) history.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
