This is the second time i have had to order parts because the first time i ordered part the website said they would fit i go to install and they don't, im in the process of getting a refund and had to go ahead and spend another 2000$ before i got my refund because of the refund process taking days on days before i can even get the label to send the packages back

Thank you for sharing feedback with us regarding your request for a replacement for the RedRock Pocket Style Fender Flares.
We had the opportunity to review your orders and your concern, and we do show that on 7/16/2024, you purchased the RedRock Pocket Style Fender Flares and you contacted us in 2025 to set up a warranty replacement. We had the replacement set up, and we sent two emails informing you that the replacement was set up, we just needed you to contact us to make a payment on the return label. For warranty replacement, it is noted on the form that was completed, that there would be a fee to return the original item. We did not receive a call so we had to cancel the warranty replacement.

I had ordered a Corsa cold air intake for my truck when I received it it had the wrong size air box called the tax service and they figured out that I had a classic so I needed the older one and they helped me through the whole process returns and everything came through perfect. Went to the site, looked up what I needed, found it quickly, got a discount, and ordered new rims. All in under 5 minutes.
I bought some mud guards a few weeks ago and was really happy with the site. So I started browsing more. Found the seat covers for my 2018 ford f150 xlt with the 40/20/40 bench seat. So I can't wait for them to arrive. Really happy with the site. Definitely will be browsing again

The web page has too many extras. Ads for "related" items that arent model specific, questions about signing up for this or that. Otherwise, a great selection of parts once you figure out how to navigate around the extras.
I've found it to be a fantastic place to shop, especially with all the pictures of other people's mods and builds. It really helps you see if the product or style you're looking for will be a good fit, and the reviews give you a clear idea of what you're getting.

Installed my Access tonneau cover in about an hour on my 26 Sierra.
Looks great, very good quality. The people at American Truck answered all my questions. Highly recommend this cover. I also have one on my 2019 Colorado, it's still nice after 7 years.

Another easy process. Have no complaints with American Truck. Just wish they had better sales on their Morimoto and Alpharex headlights but understand they can't control that.
Headlights were great however everyone was cracked probably do a better quality control check before sending new products out that are defective.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

We reviewed your recent orders, and we do show there are several returns pending:
K&N Series 77 high Flow Performance Cold Air Intake- The return noted that these should fit and it is not fitting
Ventvisor Window Delectors - Stated these should fit and they do not.
Sequential LED Tail Lights- The return noted that these stated these would fit and they do not.
Switchback Sequential LED Turn Signal Projector Headlights. Stated these should fit but they do not. These are for trucks with factory Halogen headlights
Raxiom Axial Series LED Third Brake Light= Stated these should fit, but they do not
We reviewed these items, and we show that these should fit a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesman with 3.6L V6 engine, and we can understand your frustration that these items are not working on your truck.
We do see that you have the returns set up, and we are waiting on a response from the manufacturers on a few of the return requests. Once we receive their responses we will share the next steps with you. For a refund, once the return is approved, and the return label shows movement on the way back, we ask for 7-10 days for the refund to be completed.
