I was ordering headlights ( open box) and it clearly said Monday delivery only to find out it would be a wed/Thursday delivery while checking out. Chat assistant only complicated it more by not being able to use PayPal. And Monday delivery was only good for non open-box orders, even though it clearly stated Monday... When the order showed app, the broken piece from the open box order wasn't even in the box. Which I could have used to fix the open box headlights.
I ordered running boards for my 2024 Silverado crew cab. When I placed the order, I chose the standard shipping which would have been just fine for me. The scheduled delivery date was to be April 9th when I placed the order on April 4th. To my shock, the running boards were delivered on April 5th and I installed them on April 6th. Overall, very, very good experience and I will be visiting American Trucks for my next accessory. One additional piece that is huge to me - although I'm not a Veteran, I do absolutely support our Veterans as they give us the freedom in which we have today. I absolutely love that American Trucks offers a discount for our Veterans, which is a class move. Keep it up, AT!

Ordered new brakes and rotors for my F-150, they came quick and as expected, thank you!
The installation was simple and it came with multiple adapters. So far I don't have any complaints about the reception.
The extension mirrors that i received must have been returned at one time, finger prints and edges were just a little marred from someone trying to fit them probably where they wouldn't.
Still in good condition and will work
Running boards are extremely tight to the truck. I have about 1.5" to 2" maybe to step on. The look not, but not useful at all

I was having a problem with the lift kit that I had originally put in my vehicle, and he was very knowledgeable and help me with everything I needed
Ordered tail lights and were pretty much plug and play. Look great, would order again.

Camera quality is ok but not as good as oem. Reverse guide lines are at an angle not like the original.

You are scammers! I ordered a 2" leveling kit for almost $300. My shipment was delayed several times, and the product I received is nothing like what I ordered! I want my money back!
